Spaziosa casa sulla spiaggia aggiornata con 3 camere da letto con vista sul Golfo

Caratteristiche aggiornate tra cui nuovi pavimenti piastrellati, 3 camere da letto 2 bagni con una breve passeggiata per una spiaggia poco affollata. Ci sono solo 6 case su questa piccola strada e solo 2 sono affitti. Le case rimanenti non sono in affitto e vengono utilizzate di rado, quindi la maggior parte delle volte hai una gran parte della spiaggia per te. Questa casa è stata completamente ristrutturata nel 2016 e abbiamo appena rifatto le vasche e la doccia nei bagni. House ha tutti gli elettrodomestici tra cui un frigorifero con porta-finestra in acciaio inossidabile e una macchina per il ghiaccio indipendente (non è necessario acquistare ghiaccio). C'è una lavanderia separata con lavatrice e asciugatrice full size. La grande camera familiare dispone di molti posti a sedere con smart T. 55 pollici e lettore DVD e connessione internet ad alta velocità. Tavolo da pranzo con 8 posti a sedere oltre a 4 posti a sedere da bar. Il portico schermato ha un tavolo per 4. C'è anche un ponte con vista sulla spiaggia.
La camera da letto principale è grande con letto king size e materasso premium. Vi è abbondanza di spazio nell'armadio e nel cassetto per soggiorni di lunga durata. Il bagno principale ha un doppio lavabo con doccia. Camera 2 ha un letto matrimoniale con materasso premium e letto a castello. Inoltre c'è un ampio spazio nell'armadio e spazio nel cassetto. Camera da letto 3 ha un letto matrimoniale con materasso premium e un letto a castello, nonché un sacco di armadio e cassetti. Tutte le camere sono dotate di smart tv. Il secondo bagno ha una vasca / doccia.
Per i nostri ospiti, c'è una griglia, sedie a sdraio, molti giochi da spiaggia e un carrello da portare in spiaggia.

Siamo situati vicino al traghetto, a pochi passi dal porto turistico e dal ristorante Tacky Jacks. Ci sono due ristoranti / mercati nel raggio di cinque miglia.

Fort Morgan is the finish line for the Great Alabama 650 paddle race and I was a racer and mu husband and 2 other friends were my support / ground crew. After a week of racing we needed a quiet, clean, comfy place to recover and this place was absolutely perfect!! everything we needed was right here. Thanks so much, we absolutely enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time. There was a bit of a walk to the beach but not too far. The beach was nice and uncrowded. The house was comfy with plenty of room in the house for the three of us. The only issue we had was there were a lot of sand burs. Overall it was a nice week.

Family Week at Rustic Retreat

Our family had a wonderful week at the Rustic retreat. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood with only houses surrounding it. We came to enjoy the beach and each other and it was perfect for us in every way. It is a short walk down to the beach, which you can see from the porch and living room of the rental. We really appreciated all of the extras that were included in the house, such as games, puzzles, and a whole room, full of beach toys, boogie boards, chairs, tents, and other items that you would use on the beach. We intentionally came to unplug so we did not use the TVs that are available for use but rather chose to spend our time outdoors and just playing games with each other. The house is very close to a marina if you desire to go out fishing. There are a couple restaurants nearby, but we never did use them as we did our cooking of meals in the kitchen at the house. The kitchen had everything that we needed, and we appreciated the extras such as the icemaker and extra beverage refrigerator. Also the laundry room is very convenient to use for the week. We love the screened in porch and also the fact that there was plenty of room for all of us to sit down for meals at the big table and the bar with four large chairs.The owner, Linda, is amazing at responding very quickly to any questions or concerns. The check-in process was very easy. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again!

Great Location to stay

We loved the house and location of stay. Only a short walk to beach and not crowded. We loved that they also had some beach supplies like a wagon that we didn't have to pack and bring. Very spacious and screened in porch was nice to sit in the mornings and evenings without bugs.

Our stay was perfect! Girls trip with our daughters and this property was exactly what we needed. It reuly felt like a home away from home. So peaceful and comfortable and quiet. I have never stayed somewhere so well stocked. From kitchen necessities to beach gear, games and entertainment this place had it all. The beacĥ was beautiful and uncrowded. We got to see crabs, dolphins, and a variety of birds. The kids really loved it. This host was easy to contact and truly thought of everything. We would definitely stay here again. Perfect for a girls trip or family vacation!

Nice location

The Rustic Retreat was very comfortable and the screened in porch provided a nice bug-free view of the beach. We were there to fish and it was located near Ft. Morgan Marina. There wasn’t many houses near it which made it one of the most private rentals I’ve stayed in at Ft Morgan. The host was awesome! Would definitely stay there again.

The pictures were on point and the stand along ice machine was good since we all carried water bottles everyday. Being able to enjoy the sound of the wave every morning on the porch was great. The short walk to the beach with the supplied cart and chairs was a plus. Everyone enjoyed their stay.

The house wasn’t perfectly clean when we got there- a spill on the counter, fingerprints on the glass tables, and sand on the bunk beds and kitchen table. The house is older, so it isn’t as new as the pictures would lead you to think, but it is nicely decorated. We could tell the owners of the property don’t stay there, due to simple inconveniences that should be addressed. The TV was very finicky and it took us 30 minutes just to get it on. Apparently the last renters had unplugged some things, probably trying to get it to work. There was only one dish towel and one dish rag in the whole kitchen. The hose on the porch, for rinsing sand, was busted. Some kitchen cooking items were dirty, the dishwasher smelled awful (we handwashed all items), and we also had some ants. Some pros were the screened in porch, a Keurig that wasn’t listed in the description, a variety of beach items to use, and clean bathrooms.

Great view.

This was a very nice property with a beautiful view! We loved the screened porch. The furniture was all comfortable and clean in the living area and on the porch. The bed in the main bedroom was also very comfortable. The kitchen was large and stocked well with an added bonus of a stand alone ice maker. There is a great swing under the house to enjoy the cool breeze. A very nice uncrowded beach is just a walk down the road and over a sand dune. It was nice to go down to the beach early in the morning and then again late evening. Guests have access to beach items stored at the property. The wagon to haul your stuff down to the beach was another added bonus. Good communication with the owners. All questions were answered promptly. Don't hesitate to book this property.

Loved our stay

Location was ideal for us - away from the crowds but plenty of nearby activities. Short walk to the beach. Peaceful. Loved the porch to relax with a cup of coffee have or a glass of wine. Fully stocked with everything we needed. Comfy beds. Communication with hosts was easy with quick responses.

We absolutely love the place. Love the rustic atmosphere. Very short walk to the beach. Not many people on the beach so a lot of privacy. The place is very equipped to stay here for a week. We definitely will be back our new home at the beach!

Enjoyed the stay!

The home is perfectly placed, just a short way to the beach. The home is adorable & comfortable. The ice machine was a lifesaver. The only issue we encountered was certain areas needed cleaning before they could be used. This is more likely the cleaning company used by the owner & not the owner themselves. We also experienced bugs in the kitchen that we had to get spray for. Overall our stay was nice and we would consider staying here again.
