  • Benvenuti a Summer House West, situato a West Beach, Costa del Golfo! Il complesso è incastonato tra la piccola laguna e il Golfo del Messico.

    Questo condominio aggiornato da 2 BR / 2. 5 BA è il migliore dei due mondi! Ci sediamo direttamente su Little Lagoon e dall'altra parte della strada (100 metri) dal Golfo del Messico. È come due vacanze in una! Attraversa la strada per le onde e fai surf sulle spiagge di sabbia bianca o trascorri la giornata pescando, andando in barca, rilassandoti sulla Little Lagoon. Come accennato da un ospite, la passeggiata per la spiaggia è più breve di alcuni condomini alti direttamente sulla spiaggia! Condominio ospita comodamente 6 persone.

    Spiagge - Piscina - Laguna - Molo di pesca con stazione di pulizia - Gazebo - Barbecue

    Questo condominio è una casa a schiera (1.300 piedi quadrati) con le camere da letto (2) al secondo piano, entrambe con bagno completo e balcone privato (il balcone principale si affaccia sulla laguna, il balcone della camera degli ospiti ha vista sul Golfo del Messico). Condo ha 3 balconi privati in tutto.

    Il piano principale è composto da cucina, dispensa, bagno di servizio, lavanderia, sala da pranzo per 6 persone e soggiorno con due divani (uno è un divano letto pieghevole), TV da 42 pollici e balcone che si affaccia su Little Lagoon! La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutti gli elettrodomestici, pentole e piatti necessari per preparare i pasti durante le vacanze. Abbiamo anche una griglia a carbone per il vostro uso.

    Il complesso dispone di una piscina, accesso alla spiaggia privata (a 100 metri dal condominio, attraverso una strada non trafficata), un molo per la pesca e una stazione di pulizia del pesce, gazebo con area per grigliate. C'è un parcheggio coperto gratuito per due auto, nonché spazi per ospiti aggiuntivi.

    Gli ospiti hanno accesso all'armadio del proprietario nel posto auto coperto da utilizzare (sedie a sdraio, ombrellone, giochi di sabbia, galleggianti, carrello da spiaggia) e riporre l'attrezzatura personale (spiaggia, pesca o altro).

    Summer House West è un piccolo e caratteristico complesso con un totale di 32 unità. Ha 3 edifici e la nostra unità si trova nell'edificio sul retro direttamente su Little Lagoon!

    * Si prega di notare che si tratta di un piccolo complesso, non c'è ascensore, solo scale. Il nostro condominio è al secondo piano.

    Situato nella zona di West Beach a Gulf Shores, Summer House West si trova a 5,6 km dal cuore di Gulf Shores - The Hangout and the "T" ea 15 minuti di auto dalla zona di Orange Beach.

    Gorgeous Little Lagoon Pass è a soli 0. 5 miglia di distanza!

    Siamo abbastanza vicini per comodità, ma abbastanza per allontanarci da tutto!

Really nice place! Perfectly suited between lagoon and beach. Clean and as described. Had everything we needed and much more. The kids loved having available toys and beach supplies. Easy drive to nearby restaurants and shopping but far enough away that it is quite and peaceful

This was a wonderful place for my family and I to spend our summer beach trip! It was our second year returning to Summer House West, and it didn't disappoint. The place had plenty of space, plenty of amenities, easy access to the beach, beautiful sunrises and beautiful sunsets over the lagoon. The owners were very helpful and responsive. They were very quick to help us with some additional needs with my extended family. Thank you for a great experience! I hope our family is able to return next year.

Had a a great time fishing off the dock in the lagoon!

We hung out at the beach during the day. then kicked backed and fished off of the dock in the evening. Wish we would have stayed longer!

Easily a Top Five Destination

As a family, we have stayed in lodging that runs the gambit from tiny and quaint to enormous and extravagant, but the SummerHouse fit right in the “Goldilocks” spot of our family’s needs and expectations and provided the ideal home away from home we wanted. Simply can’t say enough about how refreshing it is to enjoy the quiet location slightly out of the bustle of the tourism centers, but still only a couple of minutes away from the some of the best food in the Gulf. The homeowners were a pleasure to work with and removed all guess work and confusion one typically sees in a common rental. But that’s just it; SummerHouse is no common rental and surpasses all expectations for its price point. We brought home fond memories and thankful sentiments for SummerHouse. THANK YOU!!

Fantastic condo, location and owners

The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The location is unbeatable, and Carrie is as nice a person as you will ever meet. A few times in your life you will be lucky enough to correspond with someone who, even though you’ve never met them before, it feels like you’re talking to a lifelong friend. That is how I would describe Carrie. Extremely caring and helpful. The weather during our stay was perfect and we have no complaints or issues whatsoever. Hopefully someday we can book this place again. Thanks again for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo!

Best of both worlds

This was perfect for our family. My husband isn’t a “beach” person so being next to the lagoon felt like he was relaxing by the lake, but the kids and I had a short & easy (less than 5 min) walk to the ocean. Host was instantly responsive and helpful. The condo and outdoor closet were perfectly stocked with essentials. There was even a variety of items for babies & toddlers. Location was convenient to shopping & restaurants. There are lots of stairs so make sure your party is ok with that. My ONLY complaint was that the upstairs stayed a little warmer than the downstairs/ AC wasn’t getting it quite as cool as we’d like but it wasn’t unbearable. Weather and heat index was very hot and humid so I’m sure that’s why it was struggling. Highly recommend this property! We had a great time!

Perfect Beach Trip

Plenty of space for a friends trip! Easy walking distance to the beach. The stairs gave us all a leg workout but we probably needed it! Would stay again!

1st trip to gulf shores

I was nervous having never rented down in gulf shores before.The pictures always look good and the reviews for this place were solid . So I took a chance, it turned out good it provided us a very nice vacation everyone in the group was happy with the accommodations. We would rent again Thank you

Perfect for EVERYONE

If your family has some that prefer to fish and catch crabs like my husband and 11 year old boys and some that prefer to lay on the beach and listen to the waves like me, this place is absolutely for you!!! It is directly on the lagoon with no condos blocking your view and a quick walk across to the beach. Absolutely perfect location! This is our second time to stay with Carrie and Robert and they are such amazing hosts! Everything is exactly as presented and communication is great! The condo is a great size! There was plenty of space for all of us to stretch out and be comfy and having the washer/dryer to use while at the beach is a plus! We also love that we can use their closet of beach supplies! This is such a great place! We can't wait to come back!!!

Nice stay

We stayed 4 nights at this condo. Pros: Location. Access to both the Little Lagoon and across the street from the beach access. 2. Communication between the owners was excellent. 3. Not that we did a lot of cooking, but the kitchen seemed adequate stocked with cooking supplies. 4. Having a 3 balconies was excellent because everyone had a private spot! Cons: 1. We found the beds to be uncomfortable. 2. Needs a leather couch instead of fabric. The couch felt like sunscreen and sand. We placed a sheet over it to use.

Great hosts and beautiful property

Our experience was absolutely wonderful. Robert and Carrie responded to all messages within minutes if not seconds. It was very clean and well stocked. We would recommend it to everyone (unless you have a problem with stairs). Great hosts a d great property!!!

Best of Both Worlds

My family of five enjoyed SHW, having the best of both worlds- the beach and the lagoon! My husband loves to fish so this was the perfect spot for us. I was so thankful to have the peaceful lagoon when the beach waves were too rough for children. There was plenty of room and it was a great home away from home. The pool in the complex was nice too! We had a great rental experience and we will be back again!
