“The clerks at the check-in desk were not helpful nor friendly. Their tone was rude and they were annoyed that I needed items (the TV remote batteries were dead and I also needed towels). Rude staff just makes the stay not enjoyable.”

“I never leave reviews but felt the need to do so this time. Staff was helpful when we got back to our room and the tv would not work. The room worked for us since we were there for a baseball tournament but our room really needed a deep cleaning. They didn’t empty the trash or change out the towels the day before we were to leave. Also the towels were almost threadbare and need replacing. Continental breakfast was very minimal. We stayed here in 2020 and it has gone down drastically in the...

“Very dirty room(a) had to change because first one smelled like rotten food. No breakfast was available. Swimming pool was disgustingly dirty and smelly. Would NEVER stay there again, and would advise folks to stay away.”
