Vieni a Kokomo ... Proprio come i testi della canzone ... Kokomo ha così tanto da offrire! Basta arrivare qui velocemente e poi puoi prenderlo lentamente. Goditi i corpi nella sabbia, innamorandoti del ritmo di una drum band d'acciaio ... tutto ciò è possibile nella casa sulla spiaggia "kokomo"! Kokomo è una bellissima casa con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni con l'arredamento della spiaggia più carino in circolazione! Goditi un enorme soggiorno aperto e un'area cucina, perfetta per ballare con tutti i tuoi successi preferiti di Beach Boys. Goditi la fresca brezza del sud mentre ti rilassi sul ponte coperto. Kokomo si trova nella meravigliosa suddivisione Heritage Shores, che dispone di 2 grandi piscine, campi da tennis e accesso alla spiaggia estremamente facile.

Great trip

Location was great. Suggest noting that it’s a coffee pot/coffee maker and not k-cup style coffee maker. Sheets and towels were fine. Property was generally very clean but a detailed cleaning of things like drawers and under furniture, etc would be good. We loved the couch but location and size of TV could be better. We love the community and ran into friendly neighbors and other renters. Process with rental company was easy. Rooms and beds were good but closet in one room is inaccessible because of two beds in the room and one is in front of the door. Hot water and water pressure were good. Was a great set up for a family vacation. Recommend this home.

GREAT location, but…

The Location was perfect. However, there were dust bunnies under the furniture and on the floor. Additionally coffee maker and toaster need to be replaced.

Great location and amenities

We had a great time. House is close to the beach and pool. Kids played pingpong and tennis and we all had a great time. House could you a little updating but overall awesome!!

Convenient to the beach

This house was as described, close and convenient to the beach. For the price we paid, we expected a cleaner home for our stay. The bed linens, mattresses, and bathrooms are in need of updates and deep cleaning. I will mention some cracking in the front home pillars, which should be reviewed by a structural engineer.

Old and run down - KOKOMO Harbor Light Lane

We called Reed Real Estate after we checked in to inform them that the house was subpar. We were told that they would inform the owners of the updates needed. Later we found out that Reed Real Estate is the owner! Mold and mildew abounds. I had to take the shower liner down since it had mildew and soap scum. I bleached the floor mildew after taking pictures. The cabinets were dirty.

Outdated rental in great area

This rental is in need of some updating. Older furniture with rips, dirty carpet, and not so great bathrooms. Rental needs a deep clean as well; fans, vents, and baseboards were dusty. Rental is in a great area though with close access to beach and use of two pools. Check in/out was easy too.

It’s a place to stay on the beach

If you just want a house your all set. It was a nice house but not very clean, had electrician problems from the second we arrived which was fixed a few days later. Beds and furniture were very worn. Needs a good updating and cleaning for sure! It is a place in the beach though. That is close to the beach and pool.

It is fine, as long as you don’t expect it to be “fancy”. It was pretty much what we expected. Nice enough. Could have been cleaner. There was a dirty rag on the bedroom dresser. Great location! Quick, easy way to the beach. Didn’t realize it was at least 30 minutes from Gulf Shores.
