• Smoking: Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the home and on the premises.
• Beach Access: Access to the Gulf can be found with a 5-minute walk east to the public beach access point at 13th Street or at Little Lagoon Pass to the west. For kayakers, access to Little Lagoon is only steps away.
• Monthly Stays: Monthly reservations are welcome during December, January, and February.
• Parking: Lollipops can comfortably accommodate 3 vehicles in the driveway.
• Professional Management: Lollipops is professionally managed by Kaiser Vacation Rentals, a locally owned and operated company specializing in beach house rentals throughout Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, and Fort Morgan, Alabama.
• Deposit and Fees: The required deposit consists of 20% of the total reservation amount, plus any applicable third-party booking fees charged by VRBO. The credit card processing fee and reservation processing fee are separate from the deposit and are nonrefundable.
