The master bedroom features a queen bed, private bath, & flat-screen TV. The second bedroom features a Captain’s bunk-bed with a twin bed on top, full bed on bottom, plus a pull-out trundle. Other features include: private balcony with seating for 2, dining table with seating for 4, small in-unit washer/ dryer combo, & wifi. Making use of the sleeper-sofa in the living area, Las Palmas 114 can sleep up to 8 guests.



The nearest beach access is only about a 5-minute walk from the complex to the east, at the W. 6th St Public Beach (0.3 of a mile). Las Palmas features a tropical courtyard, picnic tables, four charcoal grills, two outdoor pools, an expansive sundeck, and an on-site laundry room equipped with coin-operated washers and dryers. There is no elevator so you must be able to navigate a flight of stairs.

Designated parking for 2 vehicles under the building. Additional parking is available at Bella Beach Properties ($25/vehicle & subject to availability).

Other Things to Note:

🏖️Nearest beach access is at the 6th St Public Beach access, which is about a 5 minute walk to the east of the complex.

🚫There is NO elevator so you must be able to navigate a flight stairs.
