  • Morning View è una splendida nuova casa di lusso con 9 camere da letto, 11. 5 bagni personalizzati sulla spiaggia con ascensore e piscina privata riscaldata. Dispone di soggiorni su ciascuno dei 3 livelli e comprende una camera da letto e un bagno per disabili (la doccia ha un cordolo da 1,5 cm). Disponibile a partire dal 1 ottobre.

    Il piano principale ha un'enorme sala grande con una zona soggiorno espansiva, un tavolo da pranzo da 16 'che può ospitare 16-20 persone e una cucina ben attrezzata con una grande isola che può ospitare 8 persone. Questo livello comprende anche 2 camere da letto king-size, ognuna con bagno privato, un bagno di servizio vicino alla piscina e una lavanderia. L'ascensore raggiunge tutti i piani.

    I portici al piano principale offrono sala da pranzo all'aperto, posti a sedere, la piscina privata riscaldata e un passaggio pedonale sulle dune della spiaggia candida del Golfo del Golfo. Sotto troverai una grande griglia, un lungo tavolo da picnic e più posti a sedere all'ombra e spazio di vita all'aperto.

    Il piano centrale dispone di 4 camere da letto (2 re, 2 che hanno ciascuna una coppia di regine). Tutti aperti ai portici sulla spiaggia. Il West King su questo piano ha un bagno per disabili (proprio accanto all'ascensore). La camera familiare a questo livello ha diverse aree salotto, una grande TV e viste mozzafiato dal pavimento al soffitto che si estendono dal Golfo a sud fino a Little Lagoon a nord. Ogni camera ha un bagno privato. Troverai anche un mezzo bagno nella hall e una lavanderia.

    L'ultimo piano dispone di 3 camere da letto (2 delle quali ognuna ha un letto king e un divano letto XL incorporato, 1 con una coppia di letti matrimoniali). Ognuno ha un bagno privato. Troverai anche una spaziosa camera familiare piena di luce, una lavanderia, un altro bagno completo e un angolo cottura con 2 letti XL Twin Day integrati e 2 XL Twin Trundles.

    La piscina può essere riscaldata per $ 50 al giorno. Troverai anche una griglia, pranzi all'aperto, altalene e altro ancora.

    Situato nella tranquilla zona di West Beach a Gulf Shores, avrai 100 'di bellissima spiaggia privata ma sarai a pochi minuti da ristoranti, negozi e attrazioni di Gulf Shores.

Great property

We had a large family vacation here. The house was great with all the amenities you could ask for. Location was great right on the beach and away from the busy crowded area.

The house is amazing! The kitchen is very large and well stocked and the views can't be beat. The layout is perfect for large groups and everyone has their own comfortable space.

Perfect

Our large family of 30 stayed here and it was so amazing. Right on the beach, shower and spigot outside for rinsing sand and private pool. Would definitely stay here again. It had two fridges and an under counter ice maker. Thank you!

Ladies beach trip

Overall the house was wonderful. The only thing I would recommend is a visible WiFi password and clean up instructions posted somewhere visible to guests. Wonderful house and the most amazing trip! Thanks again!

Family wedding

The property is beautiful and perfectly designed and decorated for multiple families (parents, children with children and siblings with adult children). With 15 adults and 6 small children, there was plenty of space and the house never felt crowded.

We’ve stayed at VRBO properties for years and this was the best experience so far. It was a gorgeous home with beautiful views. There were common areas in all three floors, which was nice with a large group. The kitchen was well stocked. The house had a dedicated ice maker perfect for filling our beach coolers. Two giant refrigerators in the kitchen and two dish washers. There was a washing machine on every floor and a wet bar on the second floor. We brought our own beach chairs, but the house had plenty. We probably didn’t need our own chairs. We DID need to bring shade tents. We had some, but could have used more. The company contracts with Explore, which gaves free experiences daily. This was an added bonus we weren’t expecting. We used free parasailing and zoo tickets over several days between our group of twenty. There were several golf course options that would have been nice to use as well. We probably used 500 worth of free tickets but could easily have used twice that if we wanted. Great property and the property owner, GSvacationrentals, was fantastic. I would rent with them again for sure. Easy to talk to. Communication through the app was perfect, but I also called and talked to a real person twice. They were easy to get through to on the phone and very eager to meet our needs. Overall one of our best experiences with a vacation rental. Highly recommend!

Family Spring Break trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved this house! Amazing views and tons of space for our group of 25 aging from 1-72. Great location! House was clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked well with utensils. Having an elevator was great for getting luggage up and down instead of having to carry up flights of stairs. Washers and dryers on every floor was a huge plus as well. We did have a small issue with a dryer not working, sent a text, and someone was there within a few hours to fix. Great customer service any time we had a question! Would definitely stay there again!

We ranged from 18 months to 93 years The physical layout of the house was great We enjoyed games in the large great room and nice size pool. The kitchen was not as equipped as any of our previous rentals, which was frustrating. Also, although the house was clean, the upper 2 floors smelled damp.

The house is very well laid out for socializing and dining together as a group as well as flowing from the living area to the pool area to the beach area. Beds were comfortable, house was clean. Only issues were a lack of enough forks and limited number of knives for food prep. The property is beginning to show wear and tear a little but since we have stayed in the same house each year we know what to expect. We are likely to stay here again in the future.

A MUST Oceanfront Rental for large Groups

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Five Days did not seem long enough to enjoy the GORGEOUS and well kept Morning View Beach Home. The VIEW of the blue ocean and openness of the main floor living room was breathtaking!!!The kitchen was very well stocked. Prompt responses to my questions from Gulf Shores property mgmt was an added benefit when planning a large party gathering. We did opt for heating pool in 2nd week of October but the Ocean was actually warmer. The additional living areas were more spacious than they appeared in photos so that was a huge plus too!! All of our guests were just in awe of the entire home and location!! Also heads up no gas grill and two small charcoal grills. We used them both! It’s Morning View is MUST to ENJOY!!!

We have never had any major issues...this year was just an issue with an ac drain pan and the maintenance personnel came immediately and took care of it. The personnel have always been nice and easy to work with/talk to. The house is beautiful and well maintained.

From the moment we walked through the door, we were impressed with the amenities, layout, cleanliness, views, etc.... Our extended family of 12 had an amazing time. From our 90 year old matriarch, to our newest 3 month old addition, there was plenty for everyone. We all had our own spaces to relax, play games, read, watch movies, sleep, fish, swim, cook, and the list goes on. We can’t think of another thing we could have asked for. We had a few things we needed in the house that were not there when we arrived, and the management was SUPER responsive to our needs! The service was great! This house and the management team exceeded our expectations. Can’t wait to revisit this beach house with our family!
