Enjoy the freshly decorated second-floor beach condo at the Indies resort in Fort Morgan. Spacious balcony with great views of the Gulf plus clear views of both the pool and hot tub. This beach condo makes for a great family vacation, nestled in a private gated community amongst beautiful homes.

The master bedroom offers a king bed, TV with cable, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom. We provide a pack and play for the little kiddos and just ask that you bring sheets if planning to use.

Second bedroom has a king bed and TV with cable. The third bedroom offers two twin beds and small desk space for those needing to do some work.

The kitchen has all the essentials you need to prepare your own meals. Drip coffee maker and Keurig provided. We do not provide condiments or seasonings for sanitary reasons.

Beach wagon provided with only a short 4-minute walk within a gated community to the beautiful and quiet beach. No roads to cross and some parking available at beach access.

Check out the amazing 8th-floor sun deck providing incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico and Mobile Bay. A fitness center is available for those 16 and up.

Tacky Jacks restaurant and ice cream shop is across the street, as is the marina where you can book fishing charters. Check out historic Fort Morgan, miles of trails, Kiva Dunes golf course, or catch the nearby ferry to Dauphin Island.

*No parties, no pets, no smoking.
*Quiet hours 10pm - 8am.
*Booking age requirement 18+.
*Parking fee of $40 per vehicle valid for duration of stay.
*Pest control may need access to unit once/month for routine service.
*Rule violations can result in trip cancellation with no refund.

Items we supply: Starter kit includes one paper towel, two rolls TP in each bath, garbage bag for kitchen, pods for dishwasher and washing machine, dishwashing soap, soap in baths. Charcoal grills available on site.

A great place to stay at the beach. Very quiet neighborhood. The room itself was perfect for our family, comfortable beds and up to date appliances and bathrooms. Host was very responsive as well. We’ll be coming back!

We would highly recommend this property Very clean, comfortable, fully stocked with everything needed We stayed for 10 weeks. Getting out of Michigan And the winter. We loved the view and sitting on the patio which faces the gulf. Lots of sun And sort of protected from some of the wind ! Owner is very prompt on replying to any issues ! Will stay again!

The Indies Condo Fort Morgan

Everything was great for the condo and beach/pool. Our only issue was a couple of ladies assumed the pool area was a nude pool area, it was appreciated even though theur families didn't care. But other than that things were great.

Our stay was great. The property was clean, amenities included everything we needed, location was nice and quiet. We really liked the beach out in Ft. Morgan, plenty of space and not over crowded. We would definitely stay here again.

Great setup!

The condo was well set-up and had everything we needed. Also loved the pool and the fitness center was a bonus. The walk to the beach was very easy and you can park down there too. We would stay here again!

The condo is great, the construction around it not so much

This condo was as nice as the photos. And I would typically never leave a bad review. Unfortunately, the squeal of power saws started at 8 a.m. sharp all three days we were there. The smell of tar from a large-scale roof repair wafted through the condo if we opened the balcony doors. These are issues the owner can't help, of course, and may not even be aware of, but took away from our overall experience. Hopefully roof repairs will be completed by summer. The construction was taking place at the condo and at homes directly in front of the condo, something that wasn't mentioned until shortly before we arrived.
