Oh che vista - 711A !!!!

Il nostro bellissimo condominio ha una vista straordinaria e recenti aggiornamenti!

Il nostro bagno con una camera da letto e un bagno si trova al settimo piano. Lo abbiamo decorato con gusto in un arredamento tropicale con nuovo granito aggiornato in cucina e bagno, elettrodomestici e mobili. Abbiamo un 43 in TV e DVR in salotto e una TV da 32 pollici in camera da letto. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto ciò che avresti mai bisogno in vacanza. Il balcone è perfetto per rilassarsi e ascoltare il surf mentre vi godete le splendide viste sul golfo. C'è anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice per la vostra convenienza.

WI-FI personale protetto nell'unità che non è condivisa, quindi la sua piena forza.

L'unità è poco meno di 500sf che riteniamo sia perfetta per una coppia o una piccola famiglia. Abbiamo anche una chiave di blocco in meno, quindi nessuna chiave per tenere il passo durante il vostro soggiorno.

(Solo una nota sulla privacy qui, la camera da letto non ha una porta. La camera da letto è separata dalla zona soggiorno dalla cucina e dal breve corridoio.)

Il complesso vanta bellissime palme lussureggianti e fiori che circondano la grande piscina con una cascata rocciosa a doppia faccia. La piscina per bambini è a pochi passi insieme a una vasca idromassaggio per gli adulti. Griglie a carbone e tavoli da picnic vicino alla Laguna sono perfetti per grigliare al tramonto. Il complesso dispone anche di due campi da tennis illuminati e shuffleboard con l'attrezzatura disponibile gratuitamente presso il front office. Per i diportisti, abbiamo una rampa per la barca e due moli privati, uno con scivoli per le barche con una tassa di lancio di $ 20 per nave.

ATTRAVERSO LA STRADA ci sono 100 'della nostra spiaggia privata con un Gazebo coperto per i nostri ospiti. Tutto questo e solo a breve distanza dal centro di Gulf Shores, troverete infiniti ristoranti, negozi e divertimenti.

Great little getaway

Overall had a wonderful weekend away here. Condo was very clean and had great amenities. Gorgeous views and not overcrowded beach access. We’ll definitely be back again and highly recommend.

Only complaint I had was smelling weed in my condo the whole time and every time we went on the balcony! It’s ridiculous people are doing this in others places and don’t care . Other than that we had a great view and loved the little condo.

Fun Stay

Property was as listed and owner was very responsive and helpful. Apartment is in a great location for beach access and local sites. Somewhat dated and utilitarian, but not surprised. Listing was accurate. Deck was large and nice for sitting with ocean view. check in, parking, coming and going was all super easy. Many places to eat, shop, etc. close by.

Gulf Shores Weekend Getaway

Overall we had a good trip. There were plenty of shop, restaurants and bars to check out. We were a couple miles from most activities although seems to be the design of area. We reported opportunity to fix the TV in the bedroom and the bathroom fan was not working. The property owner responded quickly. Overall no major issues.

Affordable and beautiful

Short Trip Just To Relax

The condo was nice and clean and easy to find. Check in was easy and staff was nice. Pool area was not too crowded but somewhat dirty. There was no staff picking up bottles and trash left from other guests throughout the day. You wouldn’t think it would be needed but it was. Our room was clean and cozy. Megan was great to work with. When I noticed the hair dryer was missing and notified her she was very attentive. When reading other reviews from different properties I noticed it was good to check things and notify owner so that you are not to blame. The short walk across the street to the beach was not inconvenient and it wasn’t too crowded. Overall we had a great stay.

Ocean Sounds

Ocean sounds seven floors up are very enticing. Sunshine abounding sure helps. And the water itself, on the feet, in the pool, provided a wonderful seven-day wash in comforting, clean surroundings.]

Beautiful view room for improvement

The view was rhe best part. Condo did have everything we needed on hand. Unfortunately the condo had a old musty smell. We had to purchase febreeze air freshener. Had to spray everytime we walked inside. Even kept the sliding door open to air out. The unit didn't feel clean at all. I do understand it's a rental and they rely on a cleaning service to do what there expected. I did make the owner aware of the condition. Overall, we had a amazing spring break.

Hidden Treasure

This property is a hidden gem. It was in a perfect spot away from all the heavy traffic. It was so peaceful at this condo everything was just as host listed it. Our host was so helpful and answered every question I had (believe me I had alot) she was great I can not wait to book this condo again fir our next vacation.

Would for sure book with Megan again. Her condo is safe, clean, has an amazing view with easy access to the beach. We honestly didn’t do a whole lot in GS because our view, the pool & beach access was so easy & amazing we spent most of our time there. Just had the best time relaxing!

Excellent Weekend Escape

The experience with the property began with choosing the property and unit. A simple weekend escape turned into a well deserved relaxing stay. Water,view, town, and property was just what we needed. The owner was also a great communicator via phone, text, and email. Can’t go wrong with Meagan!!!

The owner or manager who we dealt with was very nice and a joy to do business with. Our only problem was that the bathroom floors were not very clean. There was excess sand and hair stuck to the floor. We also ran out of toilet paper. Overall it was a comfortable stay I just like a really clean bathroom.

711A was perfect for my husband and I. Qe had a view of the lagoon and the ocean!! Ots just a shoet walk to the beach wjich was very convenient. Likes the most that the kocation was awu from the busy area of Gulf Shores and nestled within houses!! Very relaxing!!

Amazing stay!

Easy check-in. Friendly service from host and employees at condo. The pool and hot tub were beautiful and clean. The rental unit itself was clean and had everything we needed. Amazing view of the beach from the room. We would absolutely come back to this rental if we were in the area again!

Family Beach Trip
