    I Sea Oats Condominiums sono situati sulla spiaggia occidentale nella splendida Costa del Golfo, AL. Rilassati sulle spiagge di sabbia bianca o trascorri la giornata in barca e pesca sulla piccola laguna. Caratteristiche di questo complesso a bassa densità: accesso alla spiaggia privata, banchine di pesca, scivolo, lancio della barca, piscine multiple (2) grandi piscine principali, 2 piscine per bambini) e barbecue.

    Questa unità si trova nell'edificio G al secondo piano. Dorme comodamente fino a 6! Letto king size nella camera da letto principale, letto completo nella camera degli ospiti e divano letto queen size situato nel soggiorno. Balcone privato con vista sul Golfo e sulla piccola laguna. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutti gli elettrodomestici, pentole e piatti necessari per preparare i pasti durante le vacanze. Questa unità è dotata di lavatrice e asciugatrice per rendere il vostro soggiorno il più confortevole possibile. Wifi gratis!

Lovely by the lagoon . Love the dock area. The 2 pools were great . Right across the street from the beach access. Very peaceful, not too congested.

Water pressure was not good. Steps were a killer but it was good excercise. I really liked the family atmosphere. I would definitely go back.

We didn’t like that maid service came in the unit without giving us a notice. The unit refrigerator had rust or something on front of it. Walls and carpet on balcony nasty. Cabinets in bathrooms need cleaned or upgraded. The beds and view from balcony I would give 100 stars. Great view and beds were very comfortable. This unit would be great place with a few upgrades.

It was great to sit on the balcony and be able to see the ocean. It was relatively quiet, we only heard loud neighbors one night. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had plenty of dishes and cooking supplies.

We had a great stay! The beds were so comfortable!! The maintenance crew came in and replaced a towel rack and toilet seat that were broken. They were great! The place needs to be updated with paint and TLC! It was very difficult for me being 72 years old to have to climb the stairs constantly to the second floor, which was actually like being on the third floor. I did it, but I wouldn’t do it again!

It was a great place close to everything we like. The place was stocked well and was very clean. We’ll hopefully be back soon,and the pulley was much needed.

Great view of the gulf from the balcony. Plenty of space for our group for the weekend. There was parking in the shade which was great (leather seats and that Alabama sun don't mix well). We had an issue with the door code when we first arrived but we were able to reach them very easily to get it resolved. A 10/10 experience all around.

Our condo needed a few minor updates but overall nice. Kitchen needed new utensils and skillets. Overall it was very accommodating.

Close to the beach

Would have given 5 stars if the kitchen had more cooking pans, toaster that toasted both sides and some basics like salt and pepper stocked. Also, it is on the second floor so be prepared for a lot of steps.

Everything was ok a few minor problems.

This property had a few minor repairs needed such as the blinds in the living area a crack on the microwave and a hold patch in the ceiling in the master bedroom but overall it was ok very quiet and that was a plus.

G204 is in bad shape. Needs a major renovation to all rooms and porch. The location is great, your service met expectations and we did enjoy the week. The condo needs to be updated. It could be a great place. The complex is quiet and being able to bring your pet is a plus.

Very nice place

This condo was very nice and was located in a great area. The outdoor grounds of the property were very well maintained. We loved the very short walk to the beach and being able to play in the pools. It was very nice having the balcony on the condo, although the door to the balcony was pretty hard to open and close. The kitchen is fully stocked, but could use a better kitchen spatula and some kitchen tongs.

Location was perfect

Access to the lagoon and beach. Two gorgeous pools. Brought our lab mix, property was clean, condo could use a few updates (especially the bathrooms). There were some water damage spots in the main bedroom, but they do not look recent. Had trouble finding the check out instructions. Had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay with a pool and good access to beach!

Wished we would've known beforehand there was a pulley on deck to pull up our stuff, lol. It was a great place for our family to stay with a nice pool/Jacuzzi and good access to the beach. Not too much traffic in the area and has great access to canal with tables and grills available on the pier. Docks available for your boat. We enjoyed fishing from the pier. All amenities worked well! Kitchen had all cook water and dishes needed. It is older but in good condition. We would stay again! Great pricing!

Roomy, clean condo right across from the beach. Biggest issue was the water had a nasty taste to it. A quick trip to WalMart for a case of bottled water took care of that. A couple other minor issues that honestly were pretty forgettable. Other then that we were very happy with the unit.

Place had a great views but the condo was dated. Rusty refrigerator and the balcony had carpet with nails sticking out of it. Towel racks were broke off and the fire alarm in unit went off for no reason we took the batteries out. Loved the location but there was a bad smell of cat urine so unfortunately we won’t be able to stay in that unit again. Vents in floor were awful dirty so it seemed when the air was on was when you could smell it more. The balcony in the corner the smell of urine was awful that carpet needs pulled up. Just needs a good updating and cleaning and would be great.
