Discover Sailhouse East, the eastern side of a completely renovated duplex. This 2-bedroom, 1-bath gem sleeps 10 guests and is pet-friendly (additional fee(s) apply). Sailhouse East is half of the Sailhouse vacation home and can be rented by itself or together with Sailhouse West, making it perfect for extended family getaways!

About Sailhouse East

Sailhouse East boasts bright, white, and airy interiors with shiplapped walls throughout. Enjoy ALL-NEW features, including granite kitchen counters, stainless steel appliances, flooring, and stylish furniture. Step onto your private balcony overlooking the lagoon, furnished with comfortable polywood seating. Inside, the living room offers stunning lagoon views. The guest bedroom comfortably sleeps three with a custom twin-over-queen bunk bed and a TV, while the master bedroom features a king bed, TV, and access to the shared bathroom.

Downstairs, under the home, guests will find a convenient laundry room and a shared (with the West side) full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Outside, a new charcoal grill and a large backyard leading to a shared boardwalk/pier complete the picture.

Nice upstairs beach condo with private space and a beautiful dock to fish off of. About 15 minute walk to beach. Very nice, very clean, away from the noise. Only knock would be that only one roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper was provided for a 4 night stay for 4 people. Not very realistic. Also, we weren’t provided a key to a secondary bathroom space (downstairs) until the day after check in. But overall, great space for a family to stay. Also, pet friendly and had a nice backyard near the dock to play and roam.
