• Living Area: Bright, comfortable furnishings with a sofa and armchairs centered around a 50” flat-screen TV.
• Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, breakfast bar seating for four, and a dining table for six ideal for
meals or games.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

• Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, 42” TV, private bar area, balcony access, and en-suite bath with a tub/shower.
• Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed, 30” TV, armchair, and a shared bath with a tub/shower.
• Third Bedroom: Two twin bunk beds, flat-screen TV, and storage.
• Additional Sleeping: Living room with two sofa sleepers accommodating up to 4 extra guests.

Outdoor Features

• Pool & Decks: Private pool surrounded by seven lounge chairs and extensive deck space..
• Second-Story Deck: Outdoor seating and dining set with views of the pool.
• Third-Story Deck: Exclusive to the primary bedroom with cozy seating.
• Covered Grill Area: Includes a picnic table for outdoor meals.

Important Notes

• The pool is open year round but it is not heated. Pool dimensions are 28x14 and it is, 3.5 ft deep in the shallow end and 6 ft deep in the deepest part. While we make every effort to keep the pool operational and available for use,
sometimes issues outside our control arise and the pool may not be available for use for all or part of a stay.
• Parking is limited to three vehicles.
• Primary renter must be 25 or older, with exceptions requiring parent/legal guardian accompaniment.

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay and the yard was fenced in and was a plus for our dogs. Close enough to walk to the beach and so many nice people in Gulf Shores.

A bit worn, fenced yard nice for dog, beds fine

This property is a bit worn and not the cleanest. The baseboards are dirty, a dead bug was on the bathroom floor and I assume the cleaning crew did not do a good job of cleaning the floor. Most of the locks had issues. We could not always open the door to the deck upstairs, the side door has gaps between the door and the frame. We did have to call maintenance about a very leaky window (it was dripping off the windowsill, over electric outlets, onto the floor under the table. There had been storms and they leaked. They were very fast to respond and the maintenace person also tightened up a few of the doorknobs. However, they could not fox the leak. There is not light in the fridge.

Nice home and Comfortable Stay

Location is ok, you have to walk a few blocks to the beach and have to drive to the main shopping/ restaurant area. Which was fine with us. We brought our pup with us and the fenced backed yard was really a plus!

Great place to chill!

Great property in Gulf Shores. Husband & I stayed there with our son & his friend (18year olds) while they went to Hangout Festival. Great location. Pool was perfect and yard was great for the doggies. (Note: there are big gaps between the bottom of fence and the ground which would allow more adventurous dogs to escape but ours wanted to stay close by us so it wasn’t a problem for us) . Basics in the kitchen, you will need to bring everything for cooking- no leftover supply of spices or plastic wrap etc. Also bring towels, toys, floats, wagon or anything needed for pool or beach. House was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Property management company is awesome and great with communication!!! Would definitely stay here again.

Family get away

This place was wonderful. We completely enjoyed our week long stay. This house had everything we needed. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. We are familiar with this area and really enjoy the quiet neighborhood and proximity to the beach.

Great family get away

The property highlight was clearly the various outdoor spaces with ample seating for relaxing, eating etc. The lawn was very long upon arrival but was taken care of shortly after I made the leasing company aware. The kitchen was well stocked and all appliances were great! The concern was the upstairs 2 bathrooms which were very worn. The hall bathroom upstairs had a non-working glass shower door that would not close and the tub had a big break that was taped together. All drains and area around were rusted and fairly dirty. Many, many lights were not working both indoors and outdoors of the property. If some of the cosmetic changes were made, I’d rent this location again. Great family time together!

Relaxing and fun

We had a great time here...it was a great home in a great location...the beaches werent packed but when we were tired of the beach the pool was perfect...we had plenty of room in the house and the kitchen was great for preparing meals...we enjoyed our stay very much!

For Pet Owners

Our stay was great! I brought my dogs and the only concern I had was that the fence does have a pretty big gap at the bottom in some areas so watch out if you bring a smaller dog. My beagle tried to crawl under it a few times and would be able to fit! No issues for my bigger dogs though! The pool is incredible and the patios were really nice and big as well.

Location is perfect, great for family getaway

Our family of 4, two adults, two teens and two dogs stayed at this home and really enjoyed it. Although the pool was not heated, the couple days of sun at 75-80 were warm enough given we came down from Illinois to hop in. The other reviews prepared us for the limited supplies provided and that the house needs some improvements. Shower curtains and rails, bathroom renovations, doors don't close easily, windows are no longer sealed, washer and dryer are very old. But nothing that impacted our stay overall. The location is perfect, just far enough away, about 2 mile walk to the main shopping area. 1 block away you find a nice restaurant and quick shop. Beach access is also 1 block away, a 5-10 min walk. There is a walking path that goes in both directions about 2 miles each way that was perfect for us to walk with the dogs, great scenery along the way. Please note, dogs are not allowed on the beach so we had to walk them on the path, that was ok. There are dedicated bike paths all the way down the road. The path goes 4.5 miles to the very south west end. The house has two levels, with the bedrooms being in the top level, the master suite is very large and offers a great balcony to sit out on and enjoy the view, perfect for a sunrise! The second level which is the living area was great to hang out in and step out into the large patio/deck, we kept the dogs there most of the time and they enjoyed being outside but not getting wet or sandy. It was a great stay and would come again

Property wasn’t cleaned very well. Weird smell to entire house. Towels were dirty and the middle tub has a crack in it with mold coming out when you step on it. Bring everything with you (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags)

Great house with better location

We loved this stay for many reasons. The pool and outdoor area are very clean with plenty of seating. It is also a quiet place out of the main drag but close enough to the beach and main attractions they’re easy to get to. The house has plenty of cookware for the whole week and great of bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others

Such a disappointment!

The Crazy Pearl was truly disappointment. I read reviews and did my homework prior to booking, so I was surprised at the neglected condition of the home and lack of attention to details. Wasn’t expecting Five Star resort accommodations, but a few supplies and a few finishing touches go a long way. Almost no supplies were left for us, ie. no dish soap, no hand soap, no garbage bags, no extra toilet paper, no extra batteries for the dead ones in the remotes, etc. Be prepared to bring all of these (and more!) if you book this place! Comforter/blanket on the bunk beds had a stain on it!! GROSS!!!! Rust covered washer and dryer…oh, and bring detergent!! No entertainment, so bring your own, ie. bikes, games, music speaker, etc. Furniture was minimal and not comfortable. This was our first visit to Gulf Shores and we really like the area and plan to go back, but we will never book this place again.

Excellent Stay

The property was just as described. The entire family enjoyed it very much. There was a little dog hair left behind by the previous tenant but that was the only thing that was off the mark. Overall a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again!
