This unit rents on a strict Saturday to Saturday during June, July and August and weekly only during March and April. We require a $1,500.00 refundable security deposit, it will be added to your reservation after booking and refunded 14 days after check out based on the properties condition after departure.

Every bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for all guests. There are four king suites, one bunk room with six twin beds, and a unique, adult-friendly bunk room featuring two king beds on the bottom and queen beds above—ideal for families or groups of friends.

On the first floor, you’ll find a chef’s kitchen with three ovens, a six-burner gas range, two full-size refrigerators, and a commercial-sized ice maker. The adjoining wet bar is perfect for serving drinks or setting up a coffee station. An oversized dining area offers plenty of space to gather, while the expansive main living area—with a 72-inch TV and panoramic Gulf views—serves as the heart of the home. This level also includes a Gulf-view king master suite, a powder bath, a laundry room, and elevator access to the upper floor.

The second floor includes three more king master suites—two with Gulf views (one with a private balcony) and one with a Bay view. There are also two bunk rooms: one with two sets of queen-over-KING bunks and another with three sets of twin bunks, ideal for kids or additional guests. A second living area with another 72-inch TV, a 3rd living area perfect for TV gaming, another laundry room, and continued elevator access make this floor just as accommodating as the first.

Outside, a custom covered pool offers a shaded retreat with direct Gulf views, while the IPE Brazilian hardwood deck adds a touch of luxury to your lounging space. A second-floor balcony provides elevated views of the water. Under the house you’ll find a large propane grill is ready for family cookouts. Covered parking for up to six vehicles, plus additional driveway space, ensures plenty of room for everyone. With a whole-home generator and corporate-level wireless network, Banana Bungalow ensures seamless comfort, no matter what.
