We offer special savings for longer stays so you can relax and enjoy more time at the beach. Guests who book 7 nights or more receive a 5% weekly discount, and stays of 28 nights or longer receive a 15% monthly discount. These discounts are automatically applied when your stay meets the qualifying length.

• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
• No smoking in the unit or on the balcony ($250 cleaning fee for violations)
• Quiet hours are 10pm–8am
• Strict No Pets policy per condominium association (except ADA-compliant service animals)
