  • Bella casa di lusso sulla spiaggia con piscina privata. Il pool è condiviso solo dall'altra metà del duplex. Spiagge di sabbia bianca di zucchero sulla penisola di Fort Morgan. Fort Morgan è una spiaggia bassa, orientata alle famiglie, a ovest delle Costa del Golfo. Questa casa ha tutto il necessario per un memorabile raduno familiare - 6 camere da letto + soppalco con letto queen size, 4. 5 bagni, cucina rinnovata con armadi personalizzati, ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Tutti i letti sono al top della linea. Internet senza fili. TV al plasma da 50 pollici e impianto stereo nella grande sala, TV a schermo piatto e lettori DVD in tutte le camere. Tavolo da pranzo da 12 posti e bar da 4 posti .. Il pool è condiviso solo con l'altra metà della casa duplex. La piscina è ora riscaldata dal sole da marzo 2017. Le grandi finestre delle camere si affacciano sulla piscina che si affaccia sulla spiaggia.


    Diretta casa duplex sulla spiaggia a Fort Morgan - a piedi direttamente dalla porta alla spiaggia. Questo 1/2 del duplex è di 6 camere da letto 4. 5 bagni. L'altra metà del duplex ha le stesse dimensioni. La piscina privata di fronte alla spiaggia è condivisa solo con l'altro 1/2 di questo duplex. La piscina è ora riscaldata dal sole da marzo 2017. Completamente rinnovato, tutti i nuovi mobili, la vernice, i pavimenti in legno riemersi e il nuovissimo pavimento Pergo. Cucina rinnovata e ben fornita con armadi personalizzati, ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici inox. Una bellissima proprietà per il relax e il divertimento della famiglia!

Great property in a great location

Great duplex with plenty of room for extended family. Both the pool and hot tub were great, but you cant beat the direct beach access.

Great vacation!

Loved being able to walk from the house out onto the beach. Very private beach area and not crowded like in Gulf Shores. The house is updated and very nice and the commercial fridge was a plus! Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!!

Mimi and Grandaddy’s Special week with kids and grandkids.

There were 12 of us. Nice, clean pool with each unit’s hot tub, The kitchen is well equipped with more than adequate seating. We loved every minute. First time to stay here but certainly not the last! Short distance to beach. Loved the spacious porch!

Awesome!

It is a beautiful house right on the beach with a pool. It was super convenient to go back and forth from house to beach as needed. It was especially convenient with our two granddaughters 11 months and 13 months. Ken was quick with responding to any questions or concerns. Would rent again and recommend to others.

Family beach vacation

Our stay was perfect! You could not beat the location, pool, and easy access to the beach. The house was just as pictured. It was great for our family of 8 adults and 7 children ranging from 2-12. Commercial size fridge and ice maker were great. Kitchen was stocked exceptionally well with everything we needed and more. We had never stayed in Fort Morgan but loved it. Beach was not crowded. Will definitely come back. Communication with the owner was great.

Relaxing Vacation

The property had plenty of room for our 7 adults, 3 children and a medium-sized dog. All of the many supplied appliances worked well and we never ran out of hot water. The only significant criticism that I would have is for the hot tub. After the lid had been on for several hours, it would heat to and maintain an acceptable 104 degrees, but after an hour or so of being uncovered, it would gradually decline to the 80's. It either needs service or replacement. One other nit is the lack of wi-fi coverage on the deck. This can be annoying if you want to work outside rather than stay in the house.

Perfect house on beach!

We have stayed in multiple beach front homes and this is our new favorite. You can’t get closer to the water than this house. The pool is super convenient as adults can watch the kids from the covered patio out back which has lots of outdoor seating for dinner and lounging. The table inside the home is enormous! The kitchen has literally everything you could ask for! We cooked 3 meals a day and had every pot, pan, utensil, and even griddle we needed! We won’t stay anywhere else from here on out!

Perfect combination

Our stay was amazing! The house was better than we could have imagined. The proximity to the beach was perfect and the pool for the evenings were exactly what we needed. Fort Morgan is out of the chaos of town which made it even better. We had plenty of beach space! My only complaint was that we had several bed linens that we had to wash because their was makeup on the pillowcases.

Great vacation home

The place was beautiful designed and had a great location. The air stayed cool, kitchen was well equipped with anything we could think of. Griddle was missing its cord, probably there somewhere. The ice maker was a nice addition.

Wonderful vacation!

This was our first at Fort Morgan and it was grand! No high rises and just a few steps to beach! The beach in front of our house was literally ours alone. Hope to return!

Beautiful

Beautiful house! House was easy to find and access. Love all the amenities. The giant refrigerator was perfect for our large group. House was pretty clean aside from a beer can under one of the beds and some trash under another bed. Pool was clean and nice. Beds were comfortable and towels were soft. Love the view.

Recovery Awaits!!

Recovery Room West was perfect for our family of 16. Description and photos are spot on, if not even better in person. Well appointed kitchen, especially the huge refrigerator. Living room space is fantastic for a big group and the TV is massive. Beautiful table seated all 16 of us comfortably. The bedrooms were all neatly decorated and all agreed the beds slept very well. The covered deck had plenty of eating space, but we really took advantage of the two double glider rockers that looked out toward the ocean. The big and little kiddos thoroughly enjoyed the pool, but the private hot tub just sealed the deal for deck activities. Lastly, the grill was the only one in 20+ years of beach trips I would use. Top of the line and well taken care of. Ken, the property manager is exceptional to correspond with. We had NO issues except a login hiccup to one of the bedrooom TVs. It quite possibly could have been my less than tech savvy dad’s issue, but Ken addressed it immediately. Loved this property, definitely one to remember!

Perfect for a large group. Excellent kitchen appliances including oversized refrigerator, separate freezer and large ice maker. Our large family group occupied East and West units, so pool sharing was with family members. Right on the beach. Would stay again if friends or family were occupying other unit sharing pool. Would consider it a bit risky to share pool with strangers.

Amazing stay! Choose this one!

Beautiful property with everything you need for a wonderful week. Once we stocked the commercial size fridge we barely left. Lots of bathrooms and showers. Even with 95% of our party being girls, we never ran out of hot water. Enough room inside that everyone can have their space when needed. Pool is great, the back deck/patio was incredible and the beach is very close and amazing. We watched dolphins swim, birds fish, and the beauty from sun up to sun down. Very private and quiet. Our duplex mates were quick friends and that made it even better. Owner was responsive and wonderful. Even had a beautiful bowl of fruit waiting for us. Kitchen is very stocked with all you will need. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Best time ever!

We loved being so close to the water. Sitting on the deck we had nice furniture and a great view. House furnishings are exceptional and was really thought out for everyone's comfort and was stocked with everything you need. Air conditioning was a little cool for most of us. We would definitely rent again.

Excellent location on the beach with a great pool

We loved having a pool facing the ocean. The house was just steps to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and had some left over items (spices, trash bags, etc) from previous renters. The house was spacious enough to have a movie night, plenty of seating for family meals. The property manager responded quickly. The house could use a deeper clean between occupants - we found someone’s head band in the patio and some dirt/food under the beds. I’d definitely recommend this place for large groups wanting direct beach access.
