Bellissima 2 camere da letto 2. 5 condominio al bagno al 15 ° piano ha il meglio di entrambi i mondi con viste eccezionali sul golfo attraverso il muro di 30 m di finestre fuori dalla vista frontale e laguna dalle camere da letto! Devi avere almeno 23 anni per affittare questo bellissimo condominio. Tutti i mobili di nuova concezione hanno un aspetto contemporaneo ma sono anche incredibilmente confortevoli, rendendo questa spiaggia una vera esperienza di vacanza. Il salotto dispone di due grandi sezioni di cuoio belle per una grande seduta. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e la seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e una serie di letti a castello. Tutti i letti sono estremamente confortevoli con lenzuola di lusso. Entrambi i bagni hanno due lavandini doppi e una grande vanità per lo spazio aggiuntivo e un sacco di asciugamani in peluche. Una lavatrice / asciugatrice impilata è disponibile anche all'interno del condominio per la vostra convenienza. La nostra cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per voi e per i vostri ospiti. Asciugamani, asciugamani di carta e sapone da cucina sono forniti per il vostro soggiorno. Forniamo un carrello da spiaggia e un frigorifero rotante per rendere la breve passeggiata per la spiaggia ancora più facile.


Se amate la pesca, questo è il posto! Con il molo più lungo nel Golfo del Messico appena completato, ci sono possibilità infinite proprio qui in Golfo Shore. Solo pochi passi dalla porta di Sanibel è la laguna dove la pesca, il jet-ski e la nautica sono così comodi. Lagoon Pass Park, il passaggio che collega la laguna e il Golfo è a pochi passi di distanza con una bellissima spiaggia protetta, attesa solo per i piccoli che vogliono l'acqua calma e bassa. O semplicemente rilassatevi e guardate i tramonti splendidi sulla laguna.

Se hai bisogno di più che godere delle splendide spiagge di sabbia bianca e dell'acqua blu, ci sono tante opzioni a poca distanza. Sanibel è solo 2. 5 miglia a 'The T' (l'intersezione di Hwy 59 e Beach Blvd), che è il centro di attività e ristoranti di Golfo Shores. Molte scelte di ristoranti, un Super Wal-Mart, Target, Publix, Bruno, Winn-Dixie, Walgreens e altro sono tutti a breve distanza. Il Golfo Shores è ricco di intrattenimenti familiari con un parco acquatico, golf, tennis, pesca, crabbing, kayak, parapendio, crociere a dolpin, go-kart, zoo, film e negozi di outlet Tanger. Esplora forti guerre civili, una corazzata della Seconda Guerra Mondiale in Mobile, AL, percorsi per escursioni e mountain bike. È possibile noleggiare una barca da pesca per un po 'di divertimento in mare o noleggiare un capitano per portarvi su una crociera al tramonto. Nelle vicinanze sono inoltre disponibili biciclette, noleggio di barche e jet ski.

La zona del Golfo del Gulf ospita molti festival durante tutto l'anno, come il Festival dei gamberetti di ottobre e il Baldwin County Strawberry Festival di aprile. La pittoresca città di Fairhope AL si trova nelle vicinanze di Mobile Bay, sede del festival delle arti e delle artigianato di marzo. Il Festival del palloncino a caldo del Golfo del Golfo si tiene a giugno durante il giorno dei padri nella vicina città di Foley. L'annuale Hang Out Music Festival si tiene a maggio proprio qui in Golfo Shore. Location location location!! Close enough to night life, restaurants, and shopping and far enough away for peaceful relaxation. One side is the views of the ocean and the other the bay! Best of both worlds! We will be back! Beach access is literally right across the road with a lifeguard on duty!

Great location. Short walk to beach and easy accessibility to fishing. View of the gulf coast was amazing! Nice large living area. Condo could use updating of beds and linens. Over head light in master bedroom was not working and overhead light in half bath was not working. We had a wonderful week.

My two teenage girls and I enjoyed our stay here very much! The view was amazing and the condo had plenty of space for us to spread out. We enjoyed the location and the close walk to the beach and made use of the beach chairs and umbrella provided. We also enjoyed the pool and the surrounding area. This was our first time to Gulf Shores and we appreciated the owner's helpful suggestions on places to eat and things to do. We had one minor issue, but the owner addressed it promptly and courteously. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was amazing! The view was breathtaking!! It had all the amenities we needed, including a cart for the beach full of supplies! Lots of space for our family of 4 to fit comfortably. Teresa was good at communicating when we needed anything and was quick to remedy any issues that came up. Definitely going to miss our morning coffee on the balcony!! Would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful view from the balcony! As described, impeccably clean and had everything we needed. Easy access to the beach and the boardwalk. Had to reach out to the owner about parking passes, she was very quick to respond and even had older chairs and umbrella replaced immediately. Can't say enough about our stay! Excellent communication and customer service!

We take a trip every year around the 4th of July and I have to say this is one of the best places I’ve stayed at couple of things I would fix around the condo very mi or things though. Absolutely amazing view from the balcony

Wasn’t happy with second bedroom, had no chest of drawers to store clothes in. Had to live out of luggage. Has a very noticeable spill under one sofa. Would come back if storage situation was corrected.

My husband and I, our two teenage kids, and each one has a friend. We had an absolutely perfect week. The pictures are what you see. The best view of the Ocean. The walk to the Beach was very short. The back view is is beautiful. The living room space is very generous. The couches are huge. The water pressure in the shower is the best. Little things like that get me for sure. We were all sad to leave. I highly recommend this unit as well as the owner. Very easy to communicate with and she provided valuable info/tips for things to do. Oh and I loved Rouses for groceries. They have a great deli. And friendly staff. Good prices too.

I chose this unit because of its high rating for cleanliness. When we got there, I couldn’t see that there was anything obviously dirty (like showers/toilets), but even if it was clean on the surface, it just felt dirty. The entry door, walls, woodwork, windows, and outside of the sliding door need to be cleaned and/or painted. They are dirty and stained in places, giving the place an unclean feel. The rugs are look very old and dirty (even if vacuumed). What surprised me the most was that the refrigerator door was full of used condiments! The pantry shelves contained used jars of peanut butter and other food. Some people might find that handy, but to me, it was gross. Who wants to walk in to someone else’s half-used bottle of salad dressing? That does not give a fresh feel that’s ready for the next family. It says “still in use by previous family.” Maybe that’s just me being weird, but in 10 years of staying in Gulf Shores, I have never seen that before, and it was an instant turn-off. Most of the towels and sheets were colored, which means when they are washed, there is no bleach used to disinfect them thoroughly. The master bedroom light did not work. I reported it, but it still did not get fixed, and no one let us know what the status was on an attempt to fix it . So we spent the week in a dimly lit room, depending on the lamps and opening the blinds for extra lighting. The night we arrived, after traveling 12.5 hours and a mile walk to Shrimpfest and back, both elevators were broken down. We were forced to walk up the stairs to the 15th floor! A poor little elderly lady had to take the stairs to the top floor and she had recently recovered from a knee replacement! The Sanibel should be more diligent about their elevators. There has been one broken down every time we stay there. Experiencing both being broken down at the same time was a first and extremely annoying. Overall, it was just okay. I’m sorry to say that I doubt if I would stay there again.

The view was amazing! We absolutely loved the condo and would definitely stay there again. A lot of extra beach items and toys. The check-in process was super simple and kitchen had every item you could need. The master bed headboard had not been dusted, but maybe it was because of the off season and no one had been there for a while. The only other thing I wish they had was a dresser in the spare bedroom. Overall, for our first time in Gulf Shores, we loved it and we loved your condo.

The view, living room and kitchen were beautiful. My disappointments were the disgusting clogged shower drains in both bathrooms, and the uncomfortable mattress in the master bedroom. Get those taken care of and this place has great potential.
