This 2 bedroom/1 bath unit has everything you need for a quick weekend getaway or a full week stay on the Gulf Coast. Each bedroom has an alarm clock/charging station and available luggage rack. The living room offers a pull out sofa with smart television. The internet was recently upgraded to fiber optics and is 1 gig. Adjoined to the living room is the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed for cooking or grilling. There is a coffee pot, blender, mixer, etc.

Both bedrooms are located on same level and offer a king and queen size beds. There is also a queen pull out sofa bed. Bedding, towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided. There is a washer and dryer. Please consider if stairs work for you before booking.

This condo contains almost all of VRBO's top listed amenities: Wi-fi (High-Speed), A/C, Kitchen, Covered Parking, pet friendly policy, self check-in, outdoor balconies, and a Keurig coffeemaker.

Gulf View condominiums are directly across from the Gulf of America. There are balconies located off the kitchen and front door entrance.

*PARKING-There is ONLY enough room for 1 large car or 2 small cars to park (covered parking). There is a 41.50-dollar charge for each car, this fee is an additional charge and is NOT included in the price breakdown. Sign up for the digital parking within 15 minutes of arrival or your car will be subject to towing.

**PET FEE-There is a 150 dollar per stay non-refundable pet fee for each pet, this fee is NOT included in the price breakdown. After booking, please send us a message of how many pets you will be bringing, this will be a separate misc. VRBO charge. Pets are not allowed on the furniture; any necessary pet cleanings will be deducted from the security deposit.

***STARTER PACK of HOUSEHOLD ITEMS - House Cleaning will leave a small starter pack of toilet paper, garbage bags, dish washing powder, etc. This will only last a few days at most so please remember if you are staying more than a few days to bring additional items such as toilet paper, dish washing powder, garbage bags, paper towels, etc. Also, remember to bring washing machine pods or detergent if you plan on washing clothes because house cleaning does not supply that item. If you plan on cooking then you might want to consider bringing your own spices, as those add up in cost if you have to purchase upon arrival. I don't keep condiments, food, spices, etc. at the condo other than possibly salt, pepper, coffee and creamer.
