Welcome to Sandy Island – Your Luxurious Gulf Front Retreat in Fort Morgan

Experience beachfront bliss at Sandy Island, a brand-new, custom-built 6-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom modern masterpiece nestled in the exclusive Dunes subdivision of Fort Morgan. Designed for upscale coastal living and entertaining, this three-story Gulf-front haven accommodates up to 24 guests in absolute comfort and style.

From the moment you arrive under the covered carport, you’re welcomed into a world of luxury. A private elevator whisks you to all three levels, ensuring convenience for every guest.


First Floor – Seamless Indoor-Outdoor Living.
Step into an expansive open-concept main floor featuring a bright and airy living room with reclining sofas, a cozy fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. A gourmet kitchen steals the show with stunning Gulf views, a spacious island with seating for six, double ovens, double dishwashers, an industrial-size fridge/freezer, induction cooktop, and microwave—perfect for group meals and entertaining. The dining area flows directly onto a large balcony overlooking the private pool, which can be heated or cooled for year-round enjoyment.


Second Floor – Coastal Elegance.
Two ocean-facing king suites with spa-inspired private baths and shared balcony access offer sweeping Gulf views.

A bunk bedroom boasts two sets of custom-built queen-over-queen bunks (sleeps 8), a private bath with walk-in tile shower, TV, and desk—ideal for kids or groups.
A washer and dryer in the hallway adds convenience.

Third Floor – Ultimate Privacy and Comfort.
The top level offers two more king suites with private balconies and luxurious bathrooms. The main master suite features a soaking tub, walk-in tile shower, and dual vanity.

A second bunk bedroom, nearly identical to the one below, includes two queen-over-queen bunks (sleeps 8), private bath, TV, and desk.

This level also features a second laundry area, wine cooler, wet bar, and coffee station—perfect for slow mornings and sunset sips.

About Fort Morgan

Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!
