With only a 5-minute walk to the deeded beach access, convenience is key at this home! You're just 1.5 miles from the center of town with local attractions such as The Gulf State Park Fishing Pier & The Hang Out! And, just a short drive from the Gulf State park, nature trails, bike paths. Some of the many other activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches.

Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in home or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
3. Pool Rules are posted and must be followed! Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. NO GLASS ALLOWED. NO TOWELS hanging from Balconies.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
