Sit and Swann è una bellissima casa con 4 camere da letto e 2 bagni situata intorno al marker da 3 miglia a Ft. Morgan. Sit and Swann è davvero il massimo in tutti gli aspetti; posizione, arredamento, layout e prezzo! Il ponte aperto offre viste sul golfo senza ostacoli, perfette per osservare le maree che si muovono dentro e fuori. Inoltre, Sit and Swann è a soli 300 metri dal bordo dell'acqua, rendendo l'accesso alla spiaggia molto facile.

Family Getaway

We had a great time! The house was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay! It was very quiet and so close to the ocean. We loved being able to sit on the porch swing and listen to the waves.

Perfect little beach house

We felt like we were gulf side. We could see the waves and water from deck, short walk to beach. The beach house was cozy, exactly what we needed, home away from home. LOVE!

Great place for family

It was a great place to stay with small children. We did have a small ant problem and there wasn’t a tv in kids room like shown in picture. But overall we had a wonderful time. Super close to beach.

Good

Cute beach house. Close to the water. Needs some cosmetic updates but nothing to big. The only thing we did not like was the parking situation. Most beach houses you can park underneath. This one you have to park out to the side and only two vehicles fit. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Friendcation 2022

We vacation together almost every year and have a blast. This house was perfect - location, layout, and size. There were a few very small items that would have made the week more than perfect, but nothing that couldn't be worked with. Hope to stay here again soon!

Great place. Clean, right on the beach. Great price. Good space. Appliances functioning. Great air condition! Plenty of linens/towels. A great location for family (infant and toddler with us!) Will definitely book again.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at Sit & Swann, loved being right next to the beach. The house had perfect amount of space for what we needed. There were a couple of very minor issues, but nothing that made our stay any different than it would have been if there hadn't been issues. The only thing that would have made our stay better, was if it had been warmer. Nothing anybody can do about that. Will definately recommend this house and Reed Real Estate to others.

Great time!

House was right on the beach. There were a few things that needed some attention that were listed in a previous review but it was fine. Just small things like the toilet paper holder and the swing. The bunk bed ladder was slightly messed up.. Overall the house was a good fit, though. Kitchen fully stocked. Plenty of bedrooms. We had a great time!

Property needs some repairs Swing was broke Toilet paper holders would fall off Beds flimsy Beds hard For 11 people. The refrigerator was to small Blended was cracked Really not enough room for 11 people But we were close to the beach That problem with our location is that we were on the access to the beach-so it had heavy foot traffic All an all -I will not be renting this property anymore

Family vacay

The location in our opinion overshadowed any cosmetic flaws with the property. There are still some things that need addressed likely due to the hurricane, but everything about the property is functioning. Well stocked kitchen, and beach supplies. We were able to get up walk down, set things up at the beach and come and go all day as we needed with the little kids we had. We would definitely visit again!

Aside from minor cosmetic upgrades, this property was perfect! The location was PERFECT with morning, noon, and night views of the bay. Beach chairs and umbrellas proceeded we're life savers as well! Thank you for the hospitality and we WILL be back!

Loved the location because it was on the beach, quiet, and not the tourist mob and noise. Great for our little ones. Had slight issue with the TV's not working but they came out immediately. All and all great stay.

New Year's Stay

Good overall. Still had some damage from the hurricane, not perfect but what house is? Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Better than a lot of VRBO's and BNB's that I have stayed in. Loved being able to open the door and listen to the ocean (after we turned the HVAC off).
