Southern Charm Fort Morgan is a spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home located just 14 miles down the serene Fort Morgan Peninsula. Public beach access is conveniently situated approximately 0.2 miles away, at the intersection of Driftwood Drive and Beach Shore Drive. The property also features a private pool, offering an ideal retreat for relaxation and leisure!

PET FRIENDLY - One dog, 25 lbs or less, will be allowed in this home. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know, and there will be a $150, non-refundable pet fee added to your stay. If any additional cleaning is needed, this will be billed to your credit card.

• One flight of stairs to enter.

• The kitchen is fully equipped and seats 11 around the large kitchen island.

• Two sets of full-size washers and dryers are inside the home (one on each floor).

• The living area is located on the second level of the home. A sofa sleeper is located on the first level in the media room.

• The large master suite is located on the second level. It has a king-sized bed and an attached bathroom. The master suite is the only room on the second level.

• The second bedroom has a king-sized bed and an attached full bath.

• The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed.

• The fourth bedroom has a queen-sized bed and access to the first-level balcony.

• There is an extra fridge on the ground level at the bottom of the stairs.

• Parking for four cars is available in the driveway.

• A charcoal grill is available underneath the house.

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.
