    A soli 120 iarde dall'acqua Sea Turtle in the Bay alla Breakers Community di Fort Morgan. Questa casa ha una splendida vista da ogni finestra e balcone. Mentre salite le scale di ingresso, entrate in cucina, sala da pranzo, soggiorno e livello della lavanderia. Questo livello ha un mazzo che avvolge metà della casa in modo da avere una splendida vista sul golfo da diversi punti panoramici. C'è un tavolo da patio che può ospitare sei sul ponte del soggiorno. Il bagno di questo livello è una cabina doccia piastrellata fuori dalla lavanderia. Al secondo livello c'è la camera da letto principale con un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo pieghevole. Il bagno principale ha una cabina doccia piastrellata e doppi lavandini. C'è anche una camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale e bagno privato con vasca e doccia combo. La terza camera ha un letto matrimoniale e una doccia privata con vasca e doccia combo. Questo livello ha un enorme terrazzo sul lato est della casa che offre viste sul golfo e sulla baia e una vista sul laghetto delle tartarughe! Il terzo piano è un ampio soppalco con un divano letto queen size e letti a castello e un rotelle che rende in due gemelli o un re se messi insieme. C'è un bagno al terzo piano con vasca e doccia combo. Ci sono anche due letti pieghevoli per gli ospiti extra che vogliono taggare lungo la spiaggia. I panorami da questo piano sono mozzafiato. Puoi praticamente vedere la fine dell'isola da questo piano. Sea Turtle ha anche un ottimo accesso alla baia con uno splendido molo di pesca. Se non sei interessato alla pesca, questo sarebbe il posto perfetto per un tramonto romantico. Se stai cercando una casa a pochi passi dalla piscina, dalla spiaggia e con una splendida vista sulla spiaggia e sulla baia, questa è la casa che fa per te! Questa fantastica casa ha molti personaggi. La casa è arredata con gusto e ogni camera è progettata per offrire comfort e convenienza ai suoi ospiti. Ogni camera ha la propria TV, cavo, internet Wi-fi in tutta la casa. Questa casa trasuda qualità e comfort. Questo combinato con la sua posizione tranquilla e la magnifica spiaggia rendono Sea Turtle una vacanza da sogno per tutti! Questa casa con 6 camere da letto si trova sulla tranquilla strada di Fort Morgan, a solo un minuto a piedi dalla spiaggia, dove potrete vedere i delfini giocare nel Golfo del Messico. L'area è meravigliosamente rurale, circondata da palme e spiagge di sabbia bianca. Questa casa è stata progettata con porte in vetro per massimizzare la vista incantevole. L'interno ha mobili di qualità. Il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi con un drink, leggere un libro o guardare la televisione sulla TV a schermo piatto. Great house!

It was a great home! Large enough for our family of 17. More couches in the living area would have been nice and one of the TVs in the upper level did not work. Otherwise it was perfect and we would stay there again!

Great location!

This property is located in a nice quieter area and great for our range of ages. Two negative things were the floor was very dirty, not just sand but made our feet black. The wifi dropped off all the time. Other than that we enjoyed our stay very much.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: location good. layout good. should have third a/c-one for each floor. first floor a/c very loud; ended up with drip pan overflowing. fortunately we were leaving a day early. some type of biting insect in third floor, beachside bedroom. floors gritty from the time we arrived. doubt if they were vacuumed and mopped prior to our arrival. kitchen well stocked with dishes, utensils and pots and pans. no issue there. alligator in pond. not good when young children present. it actually came into the "garage" at one point. kids nicknamed him "chomper".

Family Beach trip

We had a group of 16, it was a comfortable stay. There’s are 5 private bedrooms and 1 loft area. There was space for more on beds, but not private bedrooms. Pool is on the way to the beach. Beach access was awesome. We did go out to the bay side, but the pier needs some work. We planned meals in advance and only ate out in small groups. Takes a bit to get to the touristy side of things but if you are looking for family time on the beach, eating and playing together, this home is well suited. We were all able to gather together to play games or eat together in the living area. We would book it again.

Fort morgan/gulf shores/orange beach

The property was just a advertised. We were a family of 16. We visit gulf shores every year. This property accommodated us well! It's stocked with everything you need. You may want to get paper plates, cutlery, paper towels & plates. It's a few steps from the beach with the pool next door. I didn't care for the 30 minute drive to get to the area where th hangout & souvenir shops are but it wasn't bad. The only down fall was the internet was out, though I called and received a prompt response, which they sent the maintenance guy right away but it was an issue he couldn't fix even though he tried his best. The tech wouldnt be able to come until that Monday which means it was out the full duration of our stay. Can you imagine being in the house with 8 teens with no wifi for the entire vacation!!! So that one problem almost ruined a great vacation experience. Management was quick responding and very nice.

Awesome place and close to the beach.

The property was within walking distant to the beach with plenty of room. We could relax and catch up on old times at night. No need for a tv. Everyone was very pleased with the house and the beach was very nice.

Ft. Morgan Vacation

This vacation was a much needed ray of sunshine for our family. We have just experienced the death of a family member and this provided time to embrace one another, grieve and heal. The property needs a new picture on the website, the current one doesn’t do it justice. Thank you to the landlord and property managers!

Family Vacation

We stayed at this property for a multi-family vacation. The size of the house was great for a large group and the kitchen had nice, new appliances. While the overall house met our expectations and needs, especially the distance to the beach, we had a few issues that were negative. The first is significant flooding that occurred on the street in front of the house and leading to the beach. The flooding was high enough that we were unable to get two of our smaller cars to the house and had to find alternate parking for them. While it rained some, it was not enough to keep the flooding from receding some, which points to a drainage issue for that street and area. While a homeowner can't control the flooding, this issue should be communicated in advance to those renting the property. Additionally, the house lists 6 bedrooms but it only officially has 5 bedrooms and an open area that might be considered a loft or game room that is being counted as the 6th bedroom. This was not a massive issue but is also somewhat misleading on the VRBO page. Finally, along with the flooding issue there were a few minor questions we had for the property management company. I reached out to them via email on our second day and never received a response back. We made it work without resolving these issues, but the lack of communication from the management company is a problem in a rental situation.

Reviewer Comments: Love working with Sunset Properties but this property needs some work. The ceiling was leaking (dripping into a bowl)water every time someone got a bath in the upstairs bathroom. The roll-out bed was missing over half it’s springs and collapsed with us. None of the outside power outlets worked and the fence between the “turtle pond” and the property has been down for years. Wouldn’t be a problem except that we had a 4ft alligator hanging out near the bank by the parking area. It’s time for some improvements.

The folks at Sunset Properties were great to work with. The house was as clean as any rental I stay in and we stay in quite a few. We were so thankful for this due to the current situation with Covid. The only suggestion is the carpets in the upstairs should be replaced as others have said. The location and the beaches were wonderful. We were lucky enough to have 3 firework displays on the beach! We loved the pier on the bay as many of us are fishermen. We keep our boat at at a wet slip at the marina and could hop in and go into the bay and gulf. Loved the layout of the house and the covered porches. All good!

Wonderful Experience for our Large Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We needed a place close to Mobile for our large (20+) family to stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. We booked another place that got cancelled, so this wasn’t our first choice. Since we live in south Florida near the ocean, being near the water wasn’t the experience we wanted, and we were hesitant, but we took it. We were very pleased once we arrived and saw how pretty, clean and spacious the home was, and how tranquil the setting was compared to our area. For 2 of the 4 nights we were there, we had 10 adults and 12 children and had more than enough room for our multi family getaway. We did bring a couple of air mattresses to accommodate sleeping preferences, but there was plenty of places to sleep. The closets also had extra pillows and some bedding.The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed. It had all of the pots, pans, utensils, etc used to prepare our large holiday meal as well as plates, bowls, flatware, etc. since we were a large party, we also brought our own plastic ware, paper plates, etc., but seeing how well stocked everything was, it didn’t seem like we needed to.The family loved the balconies where we could also gather. Some loved sitting outside and having their morning coffee before the sun rose. Pure bliss. One of our granddaughters said she felt like she was in a Barbie Dream House, lol.As much as we loved it, I would make a couple of suggestions. 1. The carpet is stained and needs to be replaced or cleaned. 2. The refrigerator was missing shelves, so it needs replaced. It also should be larger for a house this size. We had to put quite a bit in coolers.Thank you for the attention and the care you put in this home. Our family was able to make some wonderful memories that we won’t soon forget.Oh...I would take and post recent pictures. The home is nicer than what the current pictures suggest. :-)

Solitude

The location is excellent if you like solitude and a remote beach. It is far from civilization - so be sure to bring everything you need. Great place for large family with plenty of space to spread out and come together. Amazing views from every window.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the Sea Turtle is great, only a 2 minute walk to the beach. We had plenty of space for our group of 12. The house is in good condition for the most part, but there were some things I feel should be noted for potential renters. This is a 5 bed house with a loft, not 6 bedrooms. The carpet is stained heavily throughout the house. There was mold in one of the bath curtains and the master bedroom ceiling and in all of the showers. Two of the TV's did not work. Air filters had not been changed in a long time. Ants constantly enter the house in multiple locations. The community pool is very dirty. There is no garbage disposal. There was hair all over the drains in the showers and cleanliness all around was sub par. We had a good time because we don't let those things ruin our stay, but we will not stay here again.

Great Vacation Home

Recently our family of 21 (3 babies) rented this property for a week! It was perfect for our large group! LOVED the open floor plan and large dining table. Property manager was phenomenal and very accommodating as we arrived a bit early. A few things to note: There is a “retaining pond” directly behind the home, which has some pretty large snakes. Also, 3rd floor does not have a dedicated AC Unit, so the 2nd floor unit has to cool both floors. Overall, great location and property! Would highly recommend for large groups looking for great accommodations!
