Welcome to our 2 Bed/2Bath, 2nd floor unit that sleeps 6 guests! If you are looking for connivence you are going to love staying at The Boardwalk!! The beach and pool views are incredible. You get to experience the rare opportunity of having an onsite restaurant and gift shop!! Sea N Suds is conveniently located for food and drinks. You are in the heart of Gulf Shores and can enjoy what this amazing beach town has to offer!
Primary Bedroom has access to the balcony with a gulf front views!
Living Room has sleeper sofa for additional sleeping.
Guests reserving must be 25 years or older to rent and must be in attendance for this property.

Previous guests often leave beach items for others to enjoy. Feel free to leave items you do not wish to take with you as well. Do not take beach items you did not provide as they are an added luxury for future guests. You may want to bring your own beach chairs/toys to ensure you have the items you need as we do not guarantee supplies will be left.

Parking
TWO parking pass are included in your reservation. ONE vehicle can park in the south parking lot. If you bring a second vehicle you will park directly across the road.

Check In Details
You will receive a follow up email after you book and check-in information will be sent a day prior to your stay.

Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation, we encourage you to read cancellation policy guidelines found in our terms and conditions at the bottom of our website, the credit card fee will not be reimbursed.

Amenity & Elevator Disclaimer
While the Association and management team work diligently to maintain all property amenities, availability of amenities cannot be guaranteed. From time to time, amenities such as pools, hot tubs, fitness centers, tennis courts, beach access points, and other common areas may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, repairs, weather conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. No refunds or compensation will be provided for the temporary loss of amenities.

​​​​​​​Guests with mobility limitations or those who require elevator access should carefully consider their accommodations before booking. While elevator outages are rare, they can occur without notice due to maintenance, repairs, power interruptions, or emergency situations. In the event elevators are unavailable, access to upper floors may be limited to stairways only. Guests who are unable to comfortably use stairs are encouraged to book a ground-floor unit or alternative accommodation that better meets their accessibility needs. Neither the property owner, homeowners association, nor management company can guarantee uninterrupted elevator service during any stay.

Complimentary STARTER supply of shampoos, soaps, one dish detergent pod, one load of laundry detergent, one toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and one trash bag per trash can is provided. You will be responsible for supplying the remainder of supplies needed for the duration of your stay. Our goal is for you to not have to rush to the store to fight the crowds the first night you arrive.
