This beautiful NEW luxury villa is SPACIOUS & STYLISH with a soothing coastal-industrial design aesthetic throughout. Offering drive-under parking for 2 cars, you’ll enter the home at ground level, hang up your beach hat and slip off your flip-flops in the entry way. Walk up the split-staircase to the main living level where you’ll find a beautiful open floor plan with soaring ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight for a light and bright, clean and crisp coastal feel that will have you nearly tasting the salt air. Floor to ceiling windows and a sliding glass door open up to a covered balcony with beautiful GULF VIEWS, and cozy oversized seating. Back inside, a spacious living room features plenty of seating options with a sofa/chaise lounge deep seating sofa, comfortable accent chair, and matching leather recliners, and large screen 65" Smart TV with high-speed internet connectivity and cable TV service. Next is the well-equipped chef’s kitchen with breakfast bar for added seating, and an intimate dining area.
