Spazio di intrattenimento aggiuntivo è disponibile nella spaziosa area sotto il cottage.

Lo spazio abitativo principale è spazioso e include TV HD e un divano letto matrimoniale. C'è anche una zona pranzo con un tavolo da pranzo con 4 posti a sedere. Cute cottage

Newly renovated cottage in the perfect location to beach, restaurants, etc. very clean and perfect for our dog. The yard was very large and completely gated. I would definitely stay here again!

Favorite vacation spot!

This was our second visit to Gulf 4 Shore and it was everything we wanted for a vacation getaway for 2! Cute, cozy, clean, and close to the beach! Thank you Beachball for making the reservation, check-in, and check-out process a breeze. We hope to be back next year!!

Great beach cottage

Gulf 4 Shore is a great cottage and was perfect for our stay. Everything we needed was provided including a beach wagon, chairs and a beach umbrella. We loved the convenient location - everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. And our dog loved the fenced in yard! We hope to return again soon.

great experience, we had this house to 2 people and our 2 dogs. about a 5 minute walk to be in the water on the white sand beach. would definitely do it again

Hidden Gem just minutes from the beach.

⸻We had an amazing stay at this beach house in Gulf Shores! The home was spotless and clearly well taken care of, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. The large privacy fence was a huge bonus—it gave us peace of mind with both the kids and our dogs, and made the backyard feel like our own private retreat.One of our favorite features was the space under the house—it’s set up perfectly for BBQs, relaxing, and playing games. It added so much to our experience and gave us a great hangout spot after a day at the beach.Speaking of the beach, it’s just a short walk away, which made it super convenient. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing getaway. We’d absolutely come back again. Highly recommend

Great Gulf Shores Beach Location!

The house was perfect and just as advertised and perfect for a family or 1-2 couples to enjoy their time at the beach. The beach is just across the street so no need to fight (or pay!) for hard to find parking. The beach cart made it easy to roll everything down to the water for a relaxing time at the beach. Several restaurants are within a few minutes walk or hop in the car and anything you care to eat is less than 5-10 minutes away. We hope to be back!

Best location. Especially for dog owners! Property was clean. The only cons were that the grass was a bit high and horseshoes were missing. These were not deal breakers. You will want to bring basic supplies, but thats to be expected with most properties. 100% will stay again.

Good location

Good location. Close walk to the beach. Good size. Great yard for dog and family hangout. However, the beds were awful. They are extremely uncomfortable so if you plan on staying bring extra comfort support because I contacted them and they didn’t do anything about it. Staying for 5 nights I expected more than a cracker thin mattress. However, if you like extra extra firm then this is your place. Other than the bed issue, I would recommend this place.

Gulf 4 Shore stay

Had a few issues upon checking in spoke directly with property management. All issues were resolved within 24 hours . Steve addressed our concerns and never hesitated to resolve them. Good Customer service in a timely matter. Hats off to Steve !

Yard grown up, house swayed when someone walked across the floor, roaches in bathroom, rug in living room dirty from animals, furniture dirty, mattress in front bedroom make you feel like falling out of bed because lumpy would not recommend this house

Wonderful beach rental

We enjoyed our time at this rental, but feel the property management could use some help. There were lots of scuffs/dirty areas on easily cleanable/paintable surfaces like doors and walls. We also had 3 different occasions where business from the property management needed to be conducted. I understand repairs need to be made, but we weren't told anyone was coming by, and one repair man didnt even have tools and had to leave. That will make us reconsider renting in the future.

I have a suggestion that might help other families. Our door didn't have a deadbolt at all or a safety latch on the door. Anyone with a credit card could enter this condo easily. Also, since there were no deadbolt on the door my kids could open the door and leave at any time, this was an issue for my family, we used the baby gate on the outside because we were scared they would escape while we were asleep. At my house, we have a code lock as well but it is a deadbolt style so I would recommend that just for over all safety for future stays along with the security for families. Overall it was an amazing stay and my family enjoyed it very much!

Worst place we ever stayed

Retired military so we’ve stayed many places. Beachball Properties definitely missed HOSPITALITY 101. Bob Oakley responded to flying termites saying, “you’re in Alabama, it’s their breeding season and I can’t do anything about Mother Nature”. Photos on website are not as property currently appears, especially the outdoor area. Cleanup of yard and all furniture needs replaced including cornhole boards. Six bath towels for two people for the week. Requested additional and told I had to wash existing towels. Living room area had BO and urine odor. We left on third day… couldn’t deal with it for a week.

Great location

House is located a block and a half from a great beach. You don't hear the traffic from the main road. As noted, this is a small house. Good for two adults and maybe one child. There is limited storage - we were there for two weeks and left most of our clothes in their original cases we packed. There are no cleaning tools or supplies other than a vacuum. As many others have commented, the owner has an issue with the lawn maintenance. When we arrived we filled a small, grocery sized bag with dog poop (not our dogs! ) and asked when the lawn was going to be mowed. We were told they mow once a week. A week later we were still waiting and contacted the mgt company, sending a picture of weds that were now up to my hip. To their credit, Beachball responded by going and buying a mower and doing the lawn themselves. Overall, a decent house, great location.

Great location!

Private and great access to beach and restaurants. Furniture in living room has had use. Great fenced yard for our pup. There are sand burrs and the stairs a few slivers. Left a note for a few minor repairs. Would be nice to know trash day and have more trash bags. All said, would rent again.

Great Gulf Shores location just off 59 and the beach. Nice house with large, fenced backyard for the fur baby and fun options nearby. Missed having a dishwasher.

Definitely will stay again!

The house is super cute and very conveniently located to everything, with options for pet friendly places this was overall the best we’ve stayed at. Our only complaint was they should invest in new rugs or get rid of them all together they reeked of dog pee and had what looked like fresh pee on it. we had to roll them up and set the aside. Besides that 10/10 would stay again our kids and dog loved it with the fenced in yard!
