Questa affascinante casa a tre piani con quattro camere da letto, tre bagni in spiaggia offre quasi 2.545 piedi quadrati di spazio abitabile, 2 portici e un comodo garage per auto con 6 carrelli da golf per i passeggeri.

Al piano inferiore troverete un ampio soggiorno con surround sound TV, sala da pranzo e cucina completamente attrezzata con zona colazione abitabile, frigorifero con fabbricatore di ghiaccio, sotto il contatore icemaker, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie e zona lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice full size. Oltre alle aree di vita principali al piano di sotto c'è una master suite molto privata e una camera degli ospiti con un bagno completo.

Al secondo piano scoprirete due camere da letto per gli ospiti supplementari e un bagno completo, nonché l'accesso alle scale di un grande nido di corvi con letto a rotelle. Great family friendly home!

We stayed with 7 of our family! The home was very clean and stocked with all the needed essentials and the beds were comfortable. We loved the neighborhood and driving the golf cart to the pool and beach! Our only complaint was the propane grill did not heat up properly and took a long time to grill our burgers. Overall, we would highly recommend!!!

It has everything you will need to have a great vacation. A six person golf cart made getting back and forth to the beach a breeze! Located in the center of Martinique, you aren’t far from any of the amenities. I can’t think of one negative thing to say about the house. Excellent all the way around!

Loved the golfcart, beach umbrellas, large dining table, comfortable beds, and location very near one of the pools. Management was very kind and accomodating on more than one issue. Overall, a great vacation was had by all. Although we were made well aware of the insufficient parking, it wasn't the best situation to park a car off the complex. But we knew it going in, so on us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week! We've been coming to Martinique for almost 18 years, and Crow's Nest is well-kept and suited our needs. The photos show one of the rooms on the second floor having twin beds. These have been replaced with a king bed. Also, there are exactly 10 bath towels in the entire house. That is not enough for a house that sleeps 12 people! There were two kitchen washrags and two drying towels. Again, for a week's stay in a large home, that is very insufficient. Otherwise, it's well-stocked.

Our daughter found this house at Martinique and it was perfect for our extended family of 10. 3 houses away from 1 pool and about 10 minute walk from the beach and 2nd pool. We had plenty of linens and the kitchen was well equipped. Nice to have laundry baskets and a drying rack. Plenty of extra beach toys in the garage and the gold cart was so helpful for all. I do have 2 suggestions: please sharpen the kitchen knives and add more silverware. We always eat in all our meals. We were constantly washing silverware to have enough. The knives were very dull.

The quietness was exactly what we needed to GET AWAY from all distractions and focus on FAMILY! We highly recommend staying here and will return - hopefully to the same home! Would even consider buying this exact home if it ever became available we loved it so much!

We will always choose this house! The location was PERFECT! Being near the smaller inside/ outside pool was fantastic for the young children. We went early in the mornings and had the pool to ourselves. The 6-person golf cart and bikes were a hit. We took daily excursions on the golf cart just for fun. The little ones loved it and we could often make one trip to the beach or large pool because of the size. The house was lovely, well stocked, well maintained and perfect for a large group. We had one maintenance issue which was fixed in less than 24 hours. Every employee we met was genuinely nice and accommodating. The office personnel were wonderful from start to finish. Martinique on the Gulf is a hidden gem! We hope to return to The Crow’s Nest again!!
