Upon entry to the main floor of The Hive, guests are greeted by an open-concept kitchen, dining room, and living room overlooking a large deck on one side and a smaller deck with a picnic table on the other. The main floor also offers a spacious queen bedroom and an en suite bathroom that can also be accessed from the hallway. Upstairs, guests will find a bedroom with 2 double beds and an en suite bathroom as well as 2 other large king suites. Additionally, the top floor offers another oversized deck that can be accessed from the hallway or one of the king suites and a laundry room. In the 4-car carport, guests will find a room filled with various beach toys and chairs, a beach wagon, an outdoor shower, and a gas grill. Beyond the family-friendly floor plan, this Gulf Shores vacation home offers comfortable indoor and outdoor seating for the entire family, plus generous flat-screen TVs in the living area and in every bedroom. • Rental Agreement: In accordance with applicable city regulations and Kaiser Vacation Rentals' policies, all rentals are subject to a signed rental agreement with Kaiser Vacation Rentals.
• Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent. The booking guest must submit a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of booking.
• Pets: Pets are not permitted at this property. Please note that the City of Gulf Shores prohibits pets on public beaches and within designated public beach access areas, in accordance with city ordinance
• Smoking: Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the home and on the premises.
• Beach Access: Public beach access at W 10th street.
• Monthly Stays: Monthly reservations are welcome during December, January, and February.
• Parking: This home can comfortably accommodate up to four vehicles in the carport.
• Professional Management: The Hive is professionally managed by Kaiser Vacation Rentals, a locally owned and operated company specializing in beach house rentals throughout Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, and Fort Morgan, Alabama.
• Deposit and Fees: The required deposit consists of 20% of the total reservation amount, plus any applicable third-party booking fees charged by VRBO. The credit card processing fee and reservation processing fee are separate from the deposit and are nonrefundable.
