    Questo condominio di lusso con cinque camere da letto e cinque bagni, con 2 balconi, si trova al The Beach Club nella Avalon Tower al 20 �� piano, che è il secondo piano attico. Il nuovo proprietario di questa proprietà recentemente acquistata ha installato tutti i nuovi mobili, materassi, biancheria da letto, arte della parete, elettrodomestici, tappeti, TV, illuminazione e accessori per il bagno! Ogni parete e tutti i lavori di rifinitura sono stati ridipinti e è stata installata una bella cucina per il back-splash!

    Preparati per una visione "mozzafiato" nel momento in cui varchi la porta! Rimarrete stupiti dalla vista sul golfo e sulla spiaggia dalla zona soggiorno / cucina e da una delle camere queen. Ci sono 2 balconi in questo condominio! Uno confina privatamente con la camera da letto principale e offre una vista diretta sul Golfo mentre è a letto!

    L'ampio piano "Open Floor" con una tariffa di 2636 metri quadrati, dar�� alla tua festa un sacco di spazio per rilassarsi e godersi la vacanza! Gli aggiornamenti includono: piastrelle di travertino, granito, modanature a corona, fabbricatore di ghiaccio, acqua nel frigorifero della porta, lavatrice e asciugatrice full size, nuovo tappeto nelle camere da letto, grande vasca idromassaggio con idromassaggio e cabina doccia, oltre a un'ampia cabina armadio armadio, HDTV e lettori DVD in ogni stanza.

    Il proprietario di questo condominio è un membro della Clubhouse, quindi avrai accesso ai servizi "privati", pagando una tariffa giornaliera presso lo sportello del Clubhouse di persona per i giorni che scegli, se ce ne sono. This was not our first time working with Pam Martin, and again she was great! Avalon 2003 was everything we expected for a wonderful stay with excellent amenities as well as a very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful staff. The kids loved the front lawn activities, something for everyone. I recommend Pam and the Beach Club to everyone!

We are beach people and have been going my entire life. This was the BEST experience we have ever had! Ages ranging from 1 to 90 and we were all in love with the unit and the resort! Couldn’t suggest them more!

Great resort, average and unclean condo

Beach Club Resort is great! However, the condo was poorly cleaned and ceiling condensation made one bathroom almost unusable for the first three days.

Great experience

This was our first time at Beach Club. Condo was great. It was large and enough rooms for everyone. Elevators always worked. Everything that was needed in the kitchen was there. Would definitely stay again. The food available from the bar near the pools was really good. The kids also loved the ice cream shop.

We go to the beach twice a year. We had our entire group for this trip! This condo met our needs perfectly. If we have that number going again, we will certainly check to see if this unit is available.

Spacious, clean, comfortable, perfect condo!

We loved staying at this condo over spring break. We had 10 adults and 2 kids and all had plenty of room. The condo had everything we needed and we utilized the kitchen a lot for meals (which was well stocked with everything you need) and the kids enjoyed all of the board games! The view of the ocean from the balconies is gorgeous. We overall just enjoyed being together in a space big enough to fit us all. The condo complex has a pool, hot tub, wading pool, direct access to the beach, swings with ocean views, walking trails, volleyball nets, tennis courts, ice cream shop/souvenir shop, jumbo sized chess and checkers, and a clubhouse with arcade, sauna/steam rooms, heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, gym, restaurant, etc. for an additional cost each day you choose to utilize the clubhouse amenities. We utilized the clubhouse just one day but it’s a good option to have. 10/10 experience for our first time in Gulf Shores!

Cousins trip

This place was above and beyond a fantastic place to stay. We have nothing but good things about the condo. The only cons we have is maybe have an adult hot tub as there was a lot of kiddos when we were there and the kids took over the hot tubs. The restaurant is only open from 5-8 and it would be nice for more food options on the resort. Suggestions: maybe a bar with tables and chairs on the actual beach a flyer in the condo with some of the places off the resort to eat and for entertainment!

The location was amazing, just steps away from the beach. The condo disappointed in the lack of supplies. Never received any dish soap and the hand soaps in the bathrooms were watered down. Only had 5 knives for a group of 9 and 6 glasses. The couch in the picture is not the couch you get, it’s a very uncomfortable couch. Beds were very comfortable and the view from our balcony was breathtaking. Overall would recommend this property

Beach Club Avalon

Overall we enjoyed our stay, it was nice to have a pool and beach for the days the water was too rough. It was a little frustrating trying to check in and it saying “penthouse” but once we got to the penthouse floor our room was not on it so we had to search for the room and the company did not get back to us for about 2 hours. The layout is PERFECT for a large group but there is not many dishes to cook breakfast with and we had TONS of food ruin due to the fridge not being too cool and us not being able to change the temperature.

Wonderful condo

This condo was great for 5 ladies on our annual ladies beach trip. The beds were comfortable, the family room seated everyone comfortably, and the kitchen was nice and well stocked with everything you could need (even lots of spices). Fort Morgan is a great location with several restaurants fairly close by. Never had an issue with the elevator (as I read in other reviews) and the pool area was very nice. The only negative was that I messaged the property manager twice, once with a question before we arrived and once letting her know that the turntable was missing in the microwave, but she never replied to my message. Other than that I would definitely stay in this unit at The Beach Club again.

It was very nice, we had a few problems

Our family did enjoyed staying in the 2003 Avalon.Most of the accommodations were great, we loved the size of the rooms, the kitchen and laundry room was awesome. Each bedroom having it’s own bath was great!! We had a great time! There were a few problems we experienced, maintenance tried to solve them but was unable to while we were there. The ice Maker in the fridge and the stand alone ice Maker wasn’t working, they did order a part for the stand alone, but it had not come, we had to buy ice the whole time. The beds were very comfortable, the loving room furniture not so much. Other than these problems it was very nice, beautiful condo.
