Seabreeze è un duplex arredato con gusto con 6 camere da letto e 4 bagni completi, situato a soli 150 metri dalla bellissima sabbia e surf di West Beach a Gulf Shores, in Alabama. La proprietà è situata a sole due miglia a ovest di Hwy 59.

Seabreeze ha livelli superiori e inferiori separati. Ogni livello ha una pianta simile con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni.
Ogni livello ha:
- Circa 1300 piedi quadrati con grandi porte francesi che si aprono sul ponte coperto anteriore. Goditi le mattine sul ponte o guarda i pittoreschi tramonti costieri.
- Grandi camere da letto matrimoniali (letto matrimoniale al piano superiore, letto matrimoniale al piano inferiore) con TV, bagno privato completo e veranda
- Due camere da letto aggiuntive ciascuna con letti matrimoniali
- Pack n Play e un aerobeds
- Lavatrice e asciugatrice di dimensioni standard
- Internet wireless ad alta velocità

Il livello superiore ha una cucina completamente attrezzata, con ripiani in granito nuovi che si aprono sul soggiorno ed è molto pulito e luminoso. Cenare al grande tavolo che può ospitare otto o rilassarsi al bar. Gli elettrodomestici includono frigorifero di dimensioni standard, Cucina A gas, forno a microonde, tostapane, macchina per il caffè, lavastoviglie e nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice di dimensioni standard.

La camera da letto principale, con porte francesi che conducono ad un ponte separato, ospita un letto king-size, un bagno privato (con vasca idromassaggio e doccia) e un ampio armadio. Un caminetto a gas a due vie si affaccia sulla camera da letto e sul soggiorno, rendendolo anche il perfetto rifugio autunnale. Ci sono cinque ventilatori a soffitto di grande stile in tutto.
Il livello inferiore ha un bar per la colazione e un tavolo da pranzo e può ospitare fino a 8.

I servizi aggiuntivi includono connessione internet wireless, servizio satellitare Direct TV, due TV a schermo piatto in ogni unità, due DVD, lettore CD, videoregistratore e una TV dedicata per film DVD / VCR. Ci sono una serie di film e DVD per il tuo piacere di visione, insieme a giochi da tavolo e libri. Un barbecue a gas e una doccia esterna sono forniti anche per il vostro uso.

Il nostro ripostiglio sulla spiaggia ha sedie a sdraio e giochi di sabbia per il tuo uso durante il soggiorno a Seabreeze.

Il parcheggio coperto è fornito per un massimo di 4 auto direttamente sotto il duplex (parcheggio aggiuntivo disponibile).

great location, very convenient and it was very close to the beach area, the location of the property is very quiet and i would stay there few more time, the only thing that I didn't like about VRBO and this property was that I had to pay an incidental fee, that is not something I am used to doing when using the competitor sights, this was my first time using VRBO and if I have to always pay a non refundable incidental fee I will not be booking with them anymore in the near future for any of their properties, but getting back to it this property served our purpose and it was nice

We had the absolute best time last week. It was a short walk to the beach and the house was perfect. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and we had lots of room for everyone. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Perfect Beach House!!

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The location is ideal—just a short block from the beach, like 5-7 minute walk, which made it easy when some family members wanted to leave before the rest of the family. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, but still close enough to shops and restaurants. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, the beds were cozy, and there was plenty of space to hang out as a group. We especially loved the outdoor balconies for morning coffee and evening drinks after a day in the sun.We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a laid-back beach vacation just steps from the ocean!

Fourth of July Stay

What a wonderful property! It is just as described- close walk to the beach, clean, and the perfect location of being close to shops, the Hangout, and restaurants. It is very spacious and was easy to come and go. This was my third time vacationing in Gulf Shores and this place was my favorite. John was easy to reach and super friendly. If you are on the fence about booking this location, just do it!

Great stay and super close to the beach!

We had a small family gathering and this set up was perfect for our family with one group occupying upstairs and the rest of us is the lower unit. We found it super easy to cook and clean. A great amount of space. Excellent location - the walk to the beach was just a few blocks away and the drive to access other attractions was easy.

Awesome Spot

Nice clean property close to beach. Owner was quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. Only issue was an internet glitch due to work being performed in the area. Owner had a workaround and everything worked out. Highly recommend

Great Location

This duplex was very spacious; parking was good for a large family; kitchen was stocked every utensil you would need, clean and a short walk to the beach. There was a small problem with ants in the kitchen, we woke up to ants all over our sugar and cereal. The owner was very responsive and sent out pest control who only came out to spray on the outside of the property. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay and will revisit in the near future.

Fun Family Vacay

Excellent location, reasonable accommodations, listing accurate. Did have bed linens with small blood stains from previous tenants, but there really wasn't much else of concern. Owners were always quick to respond and worked with us to extemd our trip an extra day.

Nice stay, conveniently located

This was a nice property within a 4 minute walk to the beach. It was nicely situated for access to Orange Beach and Foley. The unit itself was tastefully decorated and very nice. Would stay there again. Safe neighborhood and quiet neighbors.

Wonderful Trip

The house had more than enough room for our family trip. Clean home close to everything my elderly mother-in-law can't stop talking about our trip to Gulf Shores and the beautiful home we stayed in. Will stay again. Everything was wonderful.

Great time

Great location! The owner was super helpful answering my numerous, probably annoying, questions. Which I greatly appreciated! We had both rentals. They were nice and clean. The kitchen had most everything you could want. There were several beach chairs, beach, umbrella, beach wagon. It was just a really nice day. Would definitely stay again.

Home away from home

Ideal location!!! Highly recommend. John communicates very well & responded back timely. When we Reached out about possible early check in as our sons family with infant arrived early. Easy SHORT Walking distance from the beach.Parking right around the corner for 15.00day right across the street from beach walkway. Had All the amenities to prep & feed 4 generations of family members. Short drive to variety of restaurants if that’s your preference. Even offered beach chairs, inflatable tire Floats, sand toys, garden hose was nice to fill inflatable pool; we brought, for the little ones. And a beach wagon to transport things. There is not a hot tub as listed under amenities which was not an issue for us

Perfect, clean, close to the beach

Highly recommend this vacation home. Our extended family always take a week and come from Louisiana, N Carolina and Florida to spend a week together. This trip there were 11 of us. With 6 bedrooms and two kitchens we had enough space to have an enjoyable stay. And the beach is so close, it was quite perfect. Thanks for the chance to stay in this beach paradise. And the owner was great about communication only a text away.
