NUOVA LISTA!!!! A pochi passi dalla spiaggia

Svegliati ogni giorno al suono del surf o osserva i delfini mentre ti godi il caffè del mattino! Questa bellissima casa con tre camere da letto e due bagni si trova proprio sulla spiaggia, a pochi passi dal Golfo! Tanto spazio per rilassarsi per la famiglia e gli amici per una vacanza all'insegna del relax e del divertimento nello splendido Golfo del Messico! Al piano superiore dispone di una camera da letto matrimoniale king-size e una camera con due letti singoli e un bagno in comune. Al piano inferiore dispone di un letto matrimoniale e un bagno completo, ampia cucina e soggiorno, con TV via cavo, Wi-Fi. AFFITTIAMO ANCHE L'ALTRO MEZZO DEL DUPLEX. Facilità legale n. 1658896

This was our first time staying at a beach house at the Gulf and it was all that we hoped for. Perfect location. Quiet, clean accessible beach. Plenty of beach furniture and awnings already on sight. A clean and well furnished house with all the amenities one would need with the added benefit of an excellent below deck porch to set, grill and play in the sand when the rains moved in. Highly recommend this place and we are planning to come back here when we need a Gulf Shores fix! Tina, the owner, was great at communicating with us as well and checked in to ensure everything was your liking. Thanks for allowing my family to stay at the Spencer Place to make great memories! FYI, the food at Pegleg Pete’s and at The Oyster House were fantastic and reasonably priced.

Wonderful vacation. The house was perfect. We could not have asked for a better location, right on the beach but just a short drive to everything else. The house was well stocked, clean, comfortable and was the perfect size for us. Tina was super easy to get a hold of and lovely to work with. Can't wait to go again.

Beautiful Property

This was the perfect beach house! The property is super clean and well taken care of. A perfect distance to all of the gulf shores restaurants. The hosts were so kind and we really lucked out with our neighbors. The perfect spot for families and friends to have a beach vacation.

This home is ideally located to see both sunrises and sunsets! It is clean, comfortable, well equipped. Loved my morning walks right from the front door onto the beach! Tina is a great communicator. Lots of helpful information about the home and the area.

Just Perfect

This is our 2nd year staying in this house and we couldn't be happier. The accomodations are excellent and the house is always up to date with any changes. The house is clean, neat and has everything you might need from the kitchen to the beach. My family loves this place. We look forward to coming back and staying here. The owners are outstanding and easy to work with. You will not be disappointed in this place. Best place in Gulf Shores!

It was good. The bed down stairs needs updated, sleeps terrible. Showers could be updated and made bigger. Otherwise it has everything you need for a nice vacation. Thank you for sharing your property with us!

Great stay in Gulf Shores

We were really happy with this Duplex in Gulf Shores. It was very nicely furnished but casual enough that you felt at home. Communications with the owner that were provided without having to ask were great, we had all the information in front of us BEFORE we got to the beach. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen was more than adequately stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils. One of the things we enjoyed the most was the sitting area under the structure. We were out of the sun and a soft breeze was usually blowing that made it a great spot for the kids to keep playing while the adults relaxed. Convenient and easy to get to, ten minutes to Walmart and many other places of interest. Would gladly stay there again!

Loved this place!

Can’t say enough good things about it! Our family rented both sides of the Duplex. Comfortable furniture inside, on deck & under the house. It has great beach access right out the back door…perfect for the 3 generations that enjoyed the stay! Loved that the kids could easily access dry sandy play area under the house, even during short rain storms. Location on beach is wonderful, not crowded at all. Equipped with everything we needed & more. We will be back ! Tina was a pleasure to work with

Your search is over!!

No need to keep looking this is your spot! The beach is literally 90 steps from the back porch (we counted lol) you cannot beat that! Being able to just run back up to the house if anyone needs anything beats packing tons of stuff to take with you because you can't just leave really quick.. the house has literally everything you could need. There's a cooler, BBQ pit, beach canopy, toys, umbrellas, chairs, etc. We cooked at home every night. The location on the beach is not busy what so ever! If you do drive places you will deal with traffic so I'd suggest hitting a grocery store then staying put! If you do leave I'd suggest Alligator Alley it's worth the drive! This is the house we will stay in from now on! Linda is absolutely wonderful and super easy to communicate with. Got to sit on the beach and watch fireworks for the 4th of July which was awesome.

PERFECT!

The house and location were absolutely perfect! I could write a book about how great everything was! The owner was super accommodating and nice! We met the cleaning lady and she was the sweetest person ever! Everything was so clean and we had everything we could have needed and more! We will definitely book this house again!

1st winter visit

Of course I’d chose the week that the entire nation was colder than usual but we still enjoyed a few days of sunshine on the deck and walks on the beach and even toes in the surf. House was perfect for the four of us and in a convenient location to stores and restaurants. My only suggest as part of a senior group would be grab bars in the bathrooms. Thanks for a good break from Illinois subzero temps!

Perfect location for a relaxing vacation with friends and family

Location is definitely the highlight of this rental! Traveling with 3 kids under the age of 10 meant lots of beach time and the adults appreciated that we didn’t need to be at the beach the entire time the kids wanted to be there. We loved seeing dolphins surfacing (and even sometimes jumping) each day of our stay. The beach was calm and I crowded for our December stay. And our host was very helpful with the one (completely unavoidable) issue we encountered.

Last minute get away.

The property is well situated on the main road. Right on the beach. the dune in front of the deck does not block your view of the ocean but blocks people on the beach so you have added privacy. The owners happened to be using the unit next door (the other half of the house) and were so nice, we got lots of pointers on the area. Loved it.
