Laguna Sands is a small, friendly community of 8 townhomes (each one side of a duplex) surrounding a central shared pool, hot tub and kiddie pool, shared with the other 7 townhomes.

*** GOOD TO KNOW ***
• This is a shared duplex: you'll share the front porch with your neighbor, the upstairs balcony is divided by a privacy wall, and the ground-level grilling area (two grills + seating) is shared.
• The home has multiple staircases. The stairs create the wonderful lagoon and gulf views but may be challenging for guests with mobility limitations. One bedroom is on the main level with the kitchen and dining area; the other bedrooms are upstairs.
