Il duplex è stato originariamente costruito nel 2005 e completamente ristrutturato nel 2009. I ripiani in granito sono stati aggiunti nel 2014. Ha un grande patio set che può ospitare 6 per ogni lato e una griglia per barbecue. È a 8 minuti a piedi senza il prezzo e la folla rumorosa. Ha la sua enorme piscina e un parcheggio coperto per 6 veicoli. L'unità è non fumatori. Questo duplex ha un mazzo molto grande per godersi il bel tempo delle coste del Golfo. Le immagini riflettono le modifiche apportate alla proprietà a partire da gennaio 2019.

Al momento stiamo cercando anche gli snowbirds. Grazie per aver guardato.

The place was perfect for a family of 12! Very spacious. It was less than a half mile to the beach. Pool was amazing for the kids! The kitchen provided everything to be able to cook dinner every night of our stay. We did have some issues with cleanliness but overall, it was a good trip and would stay again.

Gulf Shore vacation

Enjoyed the stay. only issues were there were coffee grounds still in the coffee maker in the B unit and the kitchen counter in the A unit had a piece of coral on it that stunk to high heaven. everything else seemed good. nice to have our own pool.

Great Vacation

The house has plenty of room for everyone. Where it's 2 sides so everyone is not together all the time. The pool is amazing and it was nice not to have to share it with a lot of people. You could float around in it early in the morning or late late at night. The owner was easy to get in touch with. We really enjoyed our vacation and would stay here again.

Family vacation

Locatiin is great. Each side of the duplex was perfect. Great for a family. My daughter and her family had their own place but we were still all together. Short walk to the beach, short ride to all the places in town. Having the pool there was wonderful. My grandsons (15, 16 & 4) were in it everyday.

Beautiful house that held our group of 11 easily. 6 minute walk to beach on 12 th st or can drive to 13 th st and pay to park if desired. Kids loved the private pool as well. Lorraine, the host, replied quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend this location!

Gulf Shores Vaca from Iowa

This was a great stay. Lorraine was absolutely wonderful. We had 15 plus an infant and had no problem with room. The pool was perfect after a day at the beach , which was easily walkable. We tried several of the restaurants Lorraine suggested and they didn’t fail. There is so much to do! We loved our Gulf Shores vacation and our stay at the Sun Princess! Thanks, Lorraine!

Beach vacation 24

Overall great place! “A” side door handle is missing a set screw and falls off every time the door closes. Super annoying, but if that is the only complaint that is a major win. Would recommend this place to anyone! Love the private pool and beach was just a couple minutes away.

Family vacation

Beautiful duplex home. Perfect location. Everyone enjoyed the swimming pool. Short 8 min walk to the beach. We had 8 adults and 2 children very comfortable and plenty of room. Everything was perfect. Communication was great. Thank you for sharing your place.

Loved the stay!

Property was very nice and clean! We loved the location as the beach was in walking distance which really helped our night time crab hunts! The pool was very clean and pleasant but can get a little warm after the heat of the day. All the extra beach goodies were a bonus as well! We even left some more good stuff for the next group to have fun with! We had a blast!

Enjoyed our Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had 13 people total and everyone was comfortable. Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Great neighborhood and not far from the beach. We were unable to go to the beach due to weather, but we enjoyed the pool. I would recommend to others! Thanks for a great stay!

70th birthday fun

From day 1 this has been a 5 star booking. Lorraine helped us with all the extras we needed for a large party of 19 ranging in age. She was always prompt to send me recommendations, answer questions and provided extra! We rented both sides for 4 families plus my mom. We had lots of room and everything we needed down to extra air mattresses for the kiddos. Pool was the highlight for the kids and bonus on rainy non beach days. More than enough sitting room on the deck as well as extra umbrellas for those sunny days! We were able to let the kids swim at night with the flood lights. Pool was kept chlorinated appropriately throughout our stay as well. The beach is less than half a mile walk down the road but you can also drive to a parking spot if necessary. It was great to pop down to the beach for the afternoon and finish up at the pool in the evening! We would take nightly walks as a family to the ice cream shop about a mile down the road next to waves (another highlight of the trip for the kids). Back to the rental! Bedrooms were all setup with necessary items including floor fans. Beds were comfy and clean. Bathrooms were clean and having 2 on each side for 19 ppl was great. We grilled out some nights doing family style pitch ins! My mom really enjoyed this memorable 70th celebration with her family all week! We couldn’t have asked for a better host and property!

Nice Duplex

We came with my family and had a great time. The pool was a hit with my kids! Lorraine, the property manager, was very kind and replied quickly (within 24 hours) to all my messages prior to coming. The home is 2 separate units that share a wall and outdoor space and this worked out well for us. They each have their own separate keys and entrances. You can easily hear any noise and walking from the other side. That didn't bother us because we were all together anyway. They give you dish soap, a pod for the dishwasher, special cleaner for the stove, a grill (but you have to lift it up a flight of stairs to use it), smart TVs in every room, family games, one set of towels per bed space, kitchen appliances like crockpot and waffle-maker. The linens and towels are not good quality. They remind of what they have in hospitals, very thin and small. A few things I expected to have and didn't have in the home: - towels for the pool and or beach - Keurig machine (there is a coffee pot) - complimentary shampoo/conditioner/soap (there was soap but it smelled like cleaning solution) - laundry basket or hamper - drawers to unpack the children's things (there are drawers in the master and bins in the other room, but not anything useful in the kids' room) - plastic dishes (everything was glass and I was afraid my kids might break something) Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back! These are just notes of things I wish I had known beforehand so I could pack accordingly.

Great location

We found the Sun Princess to be a great location near the beach. Unfortunately, the pool was out of commission for our stay, but Lorraine made up for that. The beds were a little too firm for our liking, but we loved having 2 separate units for our stay. The units were clean and had everything we needed.

Family Beach trip

Beautiful location and having pool was an added plus. A few cleanliness issues. Lovely spot among beach houses. Lots of room on the beach. Master bedroom bed mattress was hard. Smoke alarm going off, trash under bed and clothes from previous tenant found in closet. I would rent this again!

Very Nice

We had a very large party but never felt too crowded. The pool was very nice and it was super close to the beach. Had a hiccup with the AC at the very beginning of our trip and the property manager was very quick to respond and come check it out. No complaints!

Definitely recommend!

We had a great stay! Only one issue with the pool for a couple days but owners worked it out to make it right! Enjoyed the property with 3sets of family, plenty of room for all us, liked the pool and patio spaces! Little walk to the beach but would definitely stay again!
