* Parking & Laundry: Convenient, free covered parking is included with your stay, as well as access to on-site laundry facilities.

**Private Unit, Shared Amenities:** While you enjoy exclusive access to our private condo, the building offers wonderful shared community amenities including the pool, BBQ/grill area, and elevators, all managed by the Homeowners Association (HOA).
