Questa grande casa privata con 4 camere da letto è perfetta per un gruppo di 8 persone e può ospitare fino a 14 con bambini. ** Per i gruppi di grandi dimensioni si applicano costi aggiuntivi, richiedere un preventivo per maggiori dettagli. Biancheria da letto, letti e forniture fornite per le dimensioni del gruppo riportate.

La casa è situata sulla costa privata del Golfo e sulla spiaggia privata. House è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia con accesso sul lungomare

Questa casa si trova a soli 3 km dalla centrale festa ristorante HANG OUT e tutto ciò che Gulf Shores ha da offrire.

La spiaggia è considerata privata perché l'accesso è dato solo alle poche case in questa parte della spiaggia. Non troppo affollamento, nemmeno durante l'estate!

Il molo è privato del nostro complesso ed è ottimo per la pesca, il nuoto e l'uso del nostro kayak che è fornito per il divertimento degli sport acquatici in famiglia. C'è anche una piscina in questo piccolo complesso familiare di 6 case. Doccia esterna, piano principale cabina nell'atrio con una porta del garage. Tirare i dispositivi di raffreddamento e i giocattoli direttamente dentro e rilasciare (in dotazione). Sposta la griglia verso l'oasi della tua festa sotto le palme al piano terra.

Questa casa ha tutto il necessario per essere in vacanza! Forniamo ciò di cui hai bisogno per mostrarti e rilassarti. Alcuni giochi da piscina, giochi da spiaggia, sedie, ombrelloni, grill, refrigeratori, passeggini, carro è tutto qui! (Nella foto)

L'ampio parcheggio privato può contenere fino a 6 veicoli.
Questa casa ha accesso alla spiaggia a pochi passi dall'affollato West Beach Blvd, accesso alla piscina e accesso alla laguna del lago anche a pochi passi.

In cima al terzo piano c'è la camera da letto (camera da letto n. 4). 3 delle 4 pareti sono finestre con vista panoramica sulla spiaggia. 2 ponti sul tetto e niente per ostacolare la tua vista !!!! Guardare fuori camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale a castello. Ha un'unità CA portatile e aria centrale. Molte finestre quindi aria condizionata aggiuntiva fornita.

It was a good vacation and the home was in a good location, but the home is in need of quite a bit of repairs. Multiple windows have duct tape on them. Several the ceiling fans do not work. You can tell in a lot hotter environment maybe during the summer, the air condition will struggle Lotta maintenance issues on the outside of the house.

There were several things that were not as advertised. I found working with the homeowner was nearly impossible. I don’t know how you verify the condition the homes you promote, but I’m sure I’ll never do another VRBO.

We had a very nice stay. House is well appointed. Kitchen has all the need items. Deck on top level needs some attention, some rotting wood. Numerous lights out throughout the home, especially on the outside. Bre was very communicative. Our dog had a blast as did we.

My husband, daughter and her husband and 2 grandsons, one with his fiancé were in the house and there was plenty of room for us all. My husband uses a wheelchair and the elevator made our stay very easy with him. The beach access was great, just cross the road and you were there. Thank you Bre for allowing us to stay in your home. It made our Thanksgiving a special time.

Current Situation was perfect for our needs. Bre was responsive and despite a hiccup with the oven, the place was really nice. Easy check in and check out. The house is right across the street and up a boardwalk onto the beach.

We enjoyed the location and space of this house. Pet friendly, in which we loved. Kitchen well equipped, plenty of towels and washcloths in bathrooms. Only negatives were loose boards on the main deck, doors sometimes hard to open and housekeeping could definitely improve. Windows dirty, hard to see through. Bathrooms need cleaned better and updated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

We had multiple issues with the HVAC, which caused trouble with people sleeping at night. Eventually, the situation got resolved, but at one point the property owner said we could just leave and be refunded the next night. They also have a lot of house rules that I have never dealt with in all my times of renting on VRBO. For example, all towels and washcloths must be washed and dried and folded before you leave the property. How is that possible? When check out is at 11 AM? So we literally left without being able to brush our teeth, wash our faces or take baths. There were signs of mold around the HVAC vents upstairs. That started a disagreement with the property owner and my wife. We will not use this property again. our entire family was disappointed with the HVAC issues and check out process rules. The property definitely needs some TLC. I would judge this place by the pictures you see on the app because they are probably old. The saltwater and humidity are rough on beach properties so they need constant maintenance. Luckily, we were still able to be together as a family and have a Nice time at the beach. We stayed away from The property as much as we could. We basically had somebody out to do something almost every day we were there. Definitely overpriced for what you get.

We loved the location of this house. Access to the beach was very convenient and the beach wasn't crowded at all here. Pool and dock were very nice as well. I would have expected the house to be in a better state of repair and cleanliness for the price. The house definitely needed some love - maintenance needed to decking, bathrooms, kitchen, beds - and the cleanliness wasn't to the standards I expected so I had to mop/clean after arriving. However, with regard to the cleanliness, I didn't see a note from the housekeeper until the end of our stay to call if cleanliness did not meet expectations. While I wouldn't expect to have to call for another cleaning, at least the offer was there had I seen it earlier.

The house has all the amenities. The elevator sold us because of bad backs and knees. I couldn’t tell you if the floors had been mopped before our visit, but our feet were filthy walking around the house. The garden tub looked as though it had never had bleach run through it to clean out the jets, but that didn’t matter because the knobs both fell off in our hands. The beds were awful. Uncomfortable and loose slats. The cheapest mattresses on the market. The downstairs tub had no faucet! The hole had been taped over where it had been. You could only shower in it. It’s a good thing we could laugh about it all, because it was less than ideal and less than what we expected.

The house was just perfect for a group of ladles to relax and enjoy the beach! The elevator was a plus for bringing in luggage! I can definitely recommend rhe house, location, etc. Bre was quick to respond!

There wasn’t any outside shower as advertised. There was something black in one of the glasses that looked like it could have been dried cigarette ashes. Location was good, the biggest issue was the mold or musty smell was very strong throughout the house, also we couldn’t use the elevator
