“First impression of the home was disappointing, the property is not maintain, the grounds/lawn is over grown with weeds and trash, no garden, the garbage can was full of trash and the house is old. The inside is very nice with newer appliances, flat screen TVs, nice bedding and a very comfortable bed, bathroom was clean, the living room was clean but had an old couch. “Shower curtain had what appeared to be old blood, comforter on one bed was visibly dirty, the other bed had what appeared to be a cigarette burn in the comforter. . ”

Only concerns were the location of garbage facilities and the lack of useful cookware.
