“We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Lodge Traverse condo. The pet-friendly setup and free shuttle into town were huge perks. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including pots and pans, dishes, a toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and even two coffee makers. Some of those weren’t listed, so that was a nice surprise. “This hotel has two separate buildings—one that has been updated and another that is very old and outdated. Unfortunately, we were placed in the older building, and it was a huge disappointment. The towels were worn out, frayed, and stained, which was honestly pretty gross. They looked like rags. The room itself felt neglected, with no wall decor, just random screws and holes where artwork had apparently been removed.
