“I only went there since it is close to Harminder sahib otherwise the staff ( person at the counter) was very rude and arrogant. He kept the phone down while I was still talking. I would not stay there again. The old prison at the reception should be replaced by someone who is more nice and talks better”

“We didn’t stay the place was to dusty as they had work being carried out,being in a party of 8 with myself & son being severely asthmatic we wasn’t able to stay due to the dust,and work being carried out,wasn’t best pleased with the receptionist,who questioned my booking many times claiming we had adults instead of children All in all a very disappointing experience! Perhaps once the work being carried is completed may make an improvement,not sure how this hotel has 4.5 stars ? 2 at best imo!! ”

“The room was not clean when we entered. Towels and bedsheets also werent looking clean. Room toiletries and towels were not replaced for all 3 days. We had to ask for water bottles and tea/coffee packets everyday after calling reception. These housekeeping items should be done everyday without asking. Hotel location and contact number mentioned on expedia are also not correct. Only benefit hotel has is its proximity to golden temple”

“Everything was fine at the hotel. They need to thoroughly clean their bathrooms. It seemed that the bathroom taps and the shower door glass wasn't cleaned properly ”

“Book only for location. Hotel charged my senior citizen parents extra money for the front room which was not shown while booking. AC didn't work and neither did the wi-fi. we have booked this hotel about 6-7 times in the last 1 month for multiple trips by family, would switch to a different chain now considering the staff behaviour towards regular customers. ”
