“El personal de front desk y valet parking no fueron nada amigables conmigo y mi familia. No te ayudan a bajar maletas, te dicen que lo hagas rápido, front desk también nos apresuraron e intentaron atender a varios al mismo tiempo y cuando ya les dijimos que respetaran y nos dieran el tiempo que merecemos me regalaron un cupón para una bebida. Eso no compensa la mala atención. Les pedías ayuda con algo, alguna duda y te dicen que no saben. No sé si no están preparados para este tipo de trabajo o...

“Beautiful hotel in downtown with large and comfortable bedroom and great breakfast included! ”

“We were triple charged the first night. No help from desk staff. Also we moved the 7 dollar waters (not far) just out of the way. Not opened at all. Only moved. Front desk said she could not refund non opened smart waters. Nice staff in lounge but very very much ripped off on price of room and we were forced by our minor daughters robotics competition to HAVE to stay at this hotel to be allowed to compete. Felt very deceived by price changes as well as not being told to not move or touch water....

“This is how you run a business! The property is in very good condition. Everything was clean and spotless. The breakfast was modest, but everything you needed, really. The best part of this stay however, was the staff. They went above and beyond to help us with our needs and were extremely accommodating. The only downside is that the hotel is situated right next to the freeway, and it can be quite noisy during the day. However, at night the traffic calmed down and we had no problem sleeping...

“Cute and trendy place! Loved the atmosphere and decor. Rooms were a bit small but it worked for our overnight trip. I loved the locker on our floor where we could get additional accommodations like extra towels, make up wipes, ear plugs, toothbrushes, toothpaste and more! ”

“Austin and Sara were amazing. They listen provided me a tooth brush and tooth paste. I left my at home, share info on the area and were very professional and friendly.”
