“Absolutely beautiful outside space, a well kept garden with superb views over the Menai Strait. Room was lovely, very clean and well maintained; the bed was comfortable and we had a great balcony (again, with views over the Strait). The shower was ok, just about warm enough. The staff were friendly and the service was very good (special mention to Nathan, whether first thing at breakfast or serving us at the bar, unfailingly polite and on the ball). “The amenities for a small property is amazing. The bar downstairs is convenient with a nice outdoor seating area. The rooms are bright and comfortable. I had a great view of the mountains through my large skylight window. The staff are ready to help and have a great knowledge of the local area. It is 5 minutes to the pier and restaurants and other bars. I totally recommend this place. And will definitely stay here again. ”

“The property was spacious, clean and comfortable. We were visiting zip world and the property was in a perfect location with only a 15 minute drive to Zip World. The communal areas were more than big enough to accommodate our large family and the beds were comfortable. ”

“Cottage was gorgeous inside. Really great layout and lovely decoration. Great bifold doors, bathroom, beds very comfortable. Slight issue as parking is NOT included- have contacted Expedia/ Sykes cottages and the owner to get this changed. In the end we found we bought a couple hours at 8am and were out by 10 and not back til after 8pm so it was about £1.70 each day by PayByPhone. We had a brilliant stay in Anglesey and can’t wait to return-this was a brilliant base.”

“We used Snowdonia Mountain Lodge as an overnight rest stop near to a family gathering. We were all really happy with the accommodation, and it was better than we would have expected for the price we paid. Everything was clean, warm, dry and comfortable. Also, there is a small fridge-freezer in the family apartment, which we didn't realise, but could be really useful to know for someone reading this review. “Room was pristinely clean. Beds were comfortable. Nice en suite bathroom with good shower. Facilities to make a hot drink were replenished on request. Staff were friendly without being intrusive. Didn't eat supper in the restaurant because veggie options were limited. Breakfast was awesome. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone wanting accommodation in the area. Very close to Penrhyn castle and Bangor centre.”

“Beautiful, boutique hotel. The staff were all incredibly nice and helpful from the moment we walked in. The hotel has been very tastefully decorated with amazing love and attention. The owner was so generous with his time to talk to us and made us feel so comfortable. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone. ”

“First time I have stayed at Nomi in Bangor and I must say, it won’t be the last. What a beautiful place. The room I had was spotless, huge and with a beautiful view. The family that run the hotel are so lovely and nothing was too much trouble. I ate in the restaurant, which was lovely, overlooking the sea and pier and the food was absolutely amazing. I had the lamb rogan Josh, which I would highly recommend. Definitely a 10 out of 10 from me and would not hesitate to book here again. Thanks you...
