“Cleaning issues—-HVAC vent was blowing out black sooty material all over the bed closest to the vent. Not realizing this until night, I tried to cover the source with a pillow case. I left a note for housekeeping to address with management. The room should have been renovated, carpet smell of wet dog. Customer service was good at check in. Not staffed when I departed.”

“I stayed 3 nights no one cleaned my room. EVERYTIME I asked they kept saying tomorrow but it never happened. I requested new towels and in order to receive them I had to bring my old towels down in a garbage bag they gave me to put them in first. There was only 1 elevator and everyday I had to get my key reset to get in my room. I will not stay here again. The hallways smell terrible as well.”

“We stayed over Father’s Day weekend. It was alot of people to the point on Saturday night we didn’t have parking. We didn’t know we had to pay for parking when checking in. Which was an additional $17/day. The breakfast staff were amazing very friendly & welcoming. We loved going to the pool but it’s no lifeguard on duty so be careful sending your children to the pool without you. No microwave in the room we stayed in so had to go to the lobby to warm food. The room was clean so that’s a plus....

“We needed a room with two beds. When we searched on Expedia, we used the filter that allows you to search for a hotel room with two beds. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that there were only rooms available with one bed. We were also told that it is the fault of Expedia that the Expedia website leads one to believe that there are two beds when there is actually only one.”
