Great stay good skin

Great house for a family get together close to the ski resorts always have a fun time… New bar stools kitchen were not installed properly unfortunately and where a safety liability sitting on somebody didn’t tighten the screws

Turkey Day in CO

Good property, big, lots of space. A little dated, and we had issues with the kitchen, as I was cooking Turkey and fixings for Thanksgiving. 2nd oven did not work. There were no spatula's in the kitchen. No hot pads, had to use hand towels. 2 of the electric burns did not work properly....either too hot, or nothing. Some of the pans were warped, so they did not heat evenly on the electric burners. Overall good, just needs some basics added and some maintenance.

Great Stay

Our group came up for an annual hunting trip and the house was perfect for us. The only thing that was missing is a stereo. The property listing says it has one but there was nothing on site. We would stay here again!

Tons of room!

The house worked great for the two families we had visiting. The back deck provided the ideal place to have all our meals. The kids loved the downstairs. The refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher were in great shape. The washer & dryer are dated but worked. Unfortunately, we did not get to use the hot tub. The kitchen dining chairs have seen a good bit of use, but we had such great weather we ate outside all the time. Only 2 negatives. 1) There was a lot of recycling left in the garage and one trash can was almost overflowing with full trash bags. Since we entered through the garage the initial impression wasn't the best. 2) The kitchen trash can could use a better cleaning.

Disappointing - Love is not in the details

Very disappointed as we came to a very dirty, hot tub and were told it’s only cleaned weekly and not in between guests. The frying pans are Teflon and we’re all scratched up and unusable so we had to purchase our own. The coffee pot leaks all over the counter because it doesn’t have a plug in the back. The beds are terrible and the boxsprings are so old that you roll into each other. Overall this place just needs a major makeover. Very disappointed given the significant cost per night. We were unable to use the hot tub for two of the four days we were there because we had to wait for it to be cleaned. The hot tub company notes it should be cleaned more often and had to drain the tub and clean the lines as it hadn’t been done. As an owner of a hot tub - it was foul. The area is beautiful, but this is clearly a rental and the owners also leave clothes in the closet which is just awkward. Would not recommend this, and have yet to rectify resolution of the hot tub. Very disappointed overall.

Family Time

The house is very large! Does have AC which was needed. Great location to relax, drivable to Glenwood springs and Eagle . Community pool was very nice. Hot Tub was great for the adults. Basement game room was fun! Recommend! *****

Beautiful and comfortable

Our group of 11 was very comfortable here. it is large and clean. we loved that each bedroom had a bathroom connected to it. Nice appliances. beautiful.

Best 2022 Christmas Gift

The entire experience was more than we expected. From securing the few days we had just before Christmas to locking the front door on our way to the airport after our 3 night stay was so professionally handled by VRBO that we are coming back to get family members together again to ski visit Vail and enjoy fireside evenings with family members we do not often see. Just about perfect!

The house was very comfortable and beautiful. We had four couples staying there. we each had our own bedroom with bathroom. Big tables for eating and playing games. The back yard faces the 6th hole on a golf course. Fun to watch golfers. Hot tub was nice too. Could stand to have more forks and instructions for the TV . Ice maker didn’t work. We enjoyed the house very much.

We had an amazing time!

Overall, my family & I had a great time! At first, we were disappointed with the property not being ready for check in, waiting 2 extra hours with a baby was not pleasant. Check in was supposed to be at 4pm and we weren’t able to check in until 6pm. After paying quite a bit in just cleaning fees we expected to arrive to a super clean & disinfected home. We could tell that all the housekeeping did was a quick sweep of the home but no deep cleaning was done. There were stains in the kitchen, countertops, refrigerator. We saw food crumbs on the high chairs, the carpet was not vacuumed nor the floors were sweeper or mopped. There were so many places where there was dust and we were confident that the sheets and blankets hadn’t been washed. The last thing you want to do on vacation is have to do all the cleaning yourself. However, the communication with Britney - the property manager, was great! I appreciate that she was able to try to make up for the inconveniences we experienced. The house was the perfect size for 12 guests and we enjoyed all the amenities and features! The sightseeing was beautiful as well. If it weren’t for the late check in and cleaning issue we would’ve rated this home 5 stars!

Disappointed - Christmas plans ruined

We reserved this home for Christmas. Our family planned to relax, play games, watch movies, cook and eat. The Bathrooms are great and well stocked. The master shower is wonderful. Unfortunately, there was No Internet, the dishwasher was broken, and the heating in the home is a bit erratic. The house needs some repair and updating of furniture. Beds are old, and the couch downstairs is broken. We had to leave, we were uncomfortable, and unable to watch movies (TV is dependent on Internet), could not play on line games, and could not have our Extended Family Christmas Video Phone Call. We could not stay, and had to repack after one day, and leave with no Christmas get a way for us. Very Disappointed.

Big house for a relaxing getaway!

Very big and nice house, right on the golf course. Super easy stay with no hassles whatsoever. Great to sit on the deck and enjoy the weather. Easy drive to Glenwood Springs or Vail.

Beautiful, comfortable, safe place!

This home was perfect! I would definitely recommend choosing this place! It was clean, spacious, beautiful...everything you’d want in a vacation rental. The pictures don’t do it justice. The amenities were great, too. And the owners are quick to respond to any inquiries as well.
