“Rooms are very basic and need a deep cleaning. We had a lizard and a dead roach in the middle of the room. Furniture,lamps, door and windows were pretty dusty. Amenities not on a 5 stars level. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the outside areas, very relaxing and quiet. We did not have the time to use the pool or join any calssss.”

“the external part of the hotel is nice but inside really bad, rooms with a musty smell, dirty, with ants, sheets that seem used, staff at the entrance who do not greet. One morning at 8 they had to do some construction and they made a lot of noise, no signs, no apologies. The only positive note: free water dispenser to fill water bottles.”

Clean bathroom and shower, AC worked very well, clean kitchen appliances, and good places to eat/get coffee just a short walk away. First Fridays in Wailuku is just a couple blocks away too. So when we arrived, we called 3 times and emailed 2 times but no answer and that was between 3pm to 4pm. We asked around and figured out via Expedia, your website and searched all our emails. Finally we were able to get into the property - an hour and half after arriving.
The shower room did not have a hand rail - concerning the safety. ”

The kitchen had everything we needed, although we didn't cook that much. Management was super responsive whenever we had any issues. It was just enough space for our family of four.
