“Wonderful stay. We tried both the premier room and the executive suite and we had a great experience. The suite is a large apartment, but also the premier room is very nice and has a beautiful bathroom/shower. In general, price/quality is superb, considering that the location is also very central. Of course, the view is not as nice as Pudong, but for such a quality the price there would double. Breakfast is also warmly recommended. “Unfortunately there was not the swimming pool even if it was one of the service that made the decision of this hotel. Expedia needs to update the information of this hotel.
Moreover, the entrance and the lobby are very poor, with no space to let the luggage while waiting for the check-in or the day of the check-out.
The room was wonderful, new, big and comfortable.”

Mi aspettavo un servizio di alto livello dato il nome e il prezzo importante pagato, ma purtroppo sono rimasta molto delusa.
Al check-in non ci è stata menzionata la possibilità di un upgrade gratuito (sebbene fosse indicato nell’email di prenotazione), e solo il giorno dopo, su mia segnalazione, ci hanno cambiato stanza.
La seconda camera aveva una vista migliore, ma era comunque angusta e arredata con mobili datati.
