“This is a stunning property with beautiful views of Halong Bay from every window. My room was amazing - possibly the nicest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The food in the hotel is outstanding with plenty of variety. I would highly recommend this idyllic property. ”

“The ship is definitely older but functional. Friendly staff and helpful. Bring water as they charge for it through the cruise (all beverages are for sale). They need to improve their timetable as all boats are trying to do the same activities at the same time leading to the sites being extremely crowded (the second morning the sites were empty!). Overall worth it but if I was to go again, I would do a longer cruise or a day cruise.”

“Staff were friendly, food was tasty and rooms were modern. The air con needed to be a bit more powerful or fixed but the fan they left in the room helped. In a quiet area. Restaurant was good and a reasonable price. Also beer was the cheapest we had seen. Forgot to take pics of the room. ”

“The staff was great, especially the folks in the lounge (Dat and the main bartender) breakfast was wonderful, dinner options were a little expensive but mostly pretty good. Spa was nice altho it would be nicer to have men and women allowed to use the same area as my partner and I were the only ones on each side and got kind of bored alone. Area around the space is beautiful and the temple on the mountain is unbelievable! Overall, it was a great stay”

“Pros: - There are 3 pools, 2 outdoors and 1 indoor, so it can accommodate lots of people - Beachfront - There are 2 restaurants, the foods were both okay, lots of options - Rooms are spacious and moderately clean. Public space was cleaned very often so it’s not slippery after guests coming in from the beach and pools Cons: - Bathroom was moldy - Pools water was cold eventhough the hotel advertise them as all season pools, including the indoor pool - Front Desk definitely needs more training. ...
