“Our second stay here, great value for money and easy to access. My only complaint this trip is that the outside hallway lights coming into the room were horrendous, so bright with no curtain on the kitchen window making the room super bright at night time. I'd definatley reccomend the property adding blackout curtains to the kitchen window.”

“A lovely, clean apartment building central to the CBD and particularly RAC Arena. Simple cooking facilities and full amenities in the bathroom were just what we needed.
The CBD was a 15min walk or the Red Cat stop was just on the other side of the street.
Street parking was great on a Sunday however possibly tricky to navigate on a weekday or weekend.”

“Currently the building has upgrades happening and a massive leak in the main reception. Lots of workmen around and drilling happening from 7am.
My room was clean enough. And the staff were helpful. Very close to the conference i was attending so the location was ideal.
Nice restaurant and bar downstairs.”
