Chalet a Hadley

“They are a pet friendly hotel, which is fine… But we had two yappy dogs…. One in the room across the hall and one of the room next to us. Anytime either would start barking they would both start barking. Additionally, there is no trash pick up in our room for two days. Finally the breakfast was very crowded, both days only one person working there. They were overwhelmed. The trash barrels were over full, and the food was not restocked. “Super clean and new. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the sink faucet was not attached properly and there are few hooks for hanging towels (like many hotels).”

“They called the morning of our stay and offered a free upgrade to a king suite. We declined bc there were 3 of us and we booked 2 queen beds. When we checked in they gave us a king suite/handicap room. When we asked they said “we overbooked. This is all we have” The room was also facing the highway/main road. It was very load all hrs of the day and night.”
