“Clean and tidy, two bedrooms plus an upstairs area with a kitchen and living area. Beds are firm, good shower. Check in process simple. We were there in winter and found the heating effective. Close to nice restaurants, convenience store and train station. We did hear the rail crossing, the area was otherwise quiet. Views of Mt Fuji from our flat. ”

“Wonderfully modern and clean home. The best part was the restaurant next door and the private Onsen soaring tub. They provide a number toiletries as a convenience if you didn’t bring any. The mini splits do take time to warm up the home, but once they do it is very comfortable. ”

“Great location in town, close to the main station and attractions. Parking was a little tight but workable. Lots of natural light and very cute house. Laundry available in the unit and you can cook your own meals. Would highly recommend this location again. ”

“Nice quiet neighborhood tucked on top of a hill. Place was clean, modern and well stocked and convenient to Hakone-Yumoto station (10 min walk). Recommend!”

“子連れ2家族と友人の計5名で宿泊しました。チェックインでこちらの不手際がありかなりご迷惑をおかけしたのにも関わらずオーナーさんはとても丁寧に対応してくださり本当に感謝です。ありがとうございました。 2024年にオープンされたとのことで、まだ新しく、更に宿の設備は全て最上級のもの(バルミューダの炊飯器、レンジ、トースター、高級IHやシンク等々)。宿には天然温泉もあり、お風呂は洗い場も含めて広々。ベビーベッドやバウンサー、オムツ用ゴミ箱なども準備してくださっており、ベビーにも優しくとても素敵な1泊2日を過ごせました。私は産後初の旅行だったのですが、こんな素敵な宿泊ができると思っておらず本当に感激いたしました。また絶対リピートさせてもらいたいと思います。”

"One off the most breath-taking hotel a i’ve ever been. On Ashinoko’s Lake shores, this hotel has three restaurantes, two onsen bath ( outside inside ). Personal way very nice and kind, they took our luggage since se approva bestie the hotel and they even brought them to our room. Only one thing, there’s nothing outside the hotel and everything closes by 17pm ( even transport )."

"Struttura molto bella , camere spaziose e pulite . Personale poco disponibile , abbiamo chiesto di posticipare il check out di 3 ore a causa del tifone ,ovviamente pagando , e hanno rifiutato nonostante avessero camere disponibili. Alle 10 abbiamo dovuto lasciare la camera nonostante fossimo anche con un bambino . "
