“We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff is wonderful, kind, and very helpful for getting around Hakuba! It’s very close to Goryu and several restaurants. They also serve dinner and breakfast there if you don’t want to go out, and the food truck outside is a big plus. It was great to have a quiet accommodation near the slopes. The dry room has a spot to place your ski equipment as well. ”

“Never know which one will be allocated out of 4 BnB, the white decorated one was allocated to me, TV is so tiny, I was expecting a balcony as shown in the pictures, but not existed in mine. In general, it’s clean”

“We had a truly delightful stay. The space was generous, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living and dining area. Everything was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, making us feel completely at home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, it had all the essentials and more. “Close access to the ski slopes. Property and room is a little rundown and old compared to as advertised. Hot water was not working but staff accommodated me to another room. Room has poor noise isolation so you can hear your neighbors. Toilet seat lid does not stay up! Friendly and helpful staff nevertheless.”

“Water noise from the bathroom, unbearable difficulty sleeping. Unable to use the hotel bar or kitchen after 9pm, very strict on the time, at breakfast you were told at 9-50 that you needed to leave at 10, only seemed to apply to non Japanese customers, they stayed for as long as they wanted. Other than that staff were friendly.”
