“OPENして１週間しか経ってなかった（らしい）こともあり、部屋は驚くほど広く清潔で、インテリアや内装が全てセンスよくとても快適に過ごせました。我々以外のお客さんは全員外国人でした。 ３人家族（子供は４歳）なのに、３ベッドルーム（２バスルーム）の部屋を予約してしまっていたようで、結局一部屋しか使わず勿体無かった・・・笑 TVは民放が入らずnetflixのみでしたが我が家は全くもんだなく楽しく過ごせました。 キッチンは、非常に大きく使い勝手がよく、食器類、カトラリ類、クッカー類（フライパンや鍋など）も全て清潔でセンスのよいおしゃれなものが揃っています。食洗機も冷蔵庫も揃っています。 大人数で利用するには非常に良い宿泊先だと思います”

“We stayed here as part of a longer trip in Japan for our honeymoon. Chika was excellent at communicating before we arrived and was so friendly and welcoming. Great location in Echoland, 5 minute walk to the main street and lots of shuttle stops for ski resorts within 5 mins or less walk. Discount on rentals and lift tickets was great. We stayed in the adjacent log building which was beautiful and had a great kitchen and shared living area with a fire. Room itself was lovely, really cosy and warm...

“何度も長野の旅を経験してますが、白馬には初めて宿泊しました。 お部屋は広くて機能的で、概ね快適に過ごせました。冷蔵庫にはコーラと氷結のサービスもあり嬉しかったです。 洗面台が高いと口コミにありましたが、本当に高くて（私も子供も身長150センチ程）多少つま先立ちで使用しました。 お子さんが一緒だと抱え上げるのも大変そうなので、ステップがあるといいと思います。 洗面台前の可動式の全面鏡が、好きな場所を隠せたりする（入口や洗面）のは便利でした。 エレベーター近くにウォーターサーバー、洗濯機、アイスディスペンサーと自販機あり。 温泉エリアのドアは暗証番号の入力が必要で、セキュリティがしっかりしていると思いました。 一つだけ、温泉の利用時間がスタッフの居る10時までだったので、夕食後に慌ただしく入らなければいけなかったのが残念でした。 部屋はシャワーだけなので、12時頃までは利用できた方が折角の良いお風呂が楽しめると思いました。 と色々書きましたが、また白馬に泊まる時はリピートしたいホテルでした。”

“This is a well designed and meticulously maintained property. We were there for an epic multi-day snowstorm. The roads to and from the property were well plowed each morning and the spacious driveway plowed every day. While we had a rental van, it is close to a shuttle stop and several restaurants can be walked to in about 5 minutes.”

“This property was the ice cream to our trip- the property was beautifully built, maintained and allows for the best possible mountain view from the base. The service was beyond attentive and the room was like out of a magazine. If you’ve got the money- splurge and do it! “Great stay in Hakuba if you’re looking to ski or snowboard in a group. The host was very responsive and is able to arrange for a rental car and recommend gear rentals or even classes for your winter sports activities. The location is also conveniently located at the heart of Echoland, with several food options, gear rentals and convenience shops. The housekeeping was attentive, dry room was spacious and well equipped and kitchen was well equipped too. Highly recommended! ”

“This hotel is a giant log house, situated in a beautiful street of similar buildings. Nothing beats waking up to fresh snow falling outside your window (massive glass windows) and sipping on a hot cup of tea. The room was very cosy and comfortable! I had the best sleeps here. After a hard day of snow boarding, coming back to just sit in front of the fire, watch the snow fall, have a bath or have drinks with friends in the common area was absolutely amazing!! Wish I never had to leave! 10/10!!!! ”
