“The soundproofing is terrible; it was incredibly noisy all night long.”

“Pros: friendly staff, great looking from the outside, pet friendly, meager breakfast but still free, right off the freeway. Cons: low water pressure, hard floors in our room were sticky, bugs and spiders crawling on us while trying to sleep, air conditioner sounded like a motorcycle idling in our room.”

“Pros: Excellent pillows—I’m a pillow snob. Shower was adequate. Room was spacious. Lots of charge ports and lights. Comfortable bed. Cons: Coffee machines at buffet breakfast had everyone upset every morning. Lukewarm meats (at best) at breakfast also. Bathroom door was disturbingly thrashed from the bottom up…was it haunted? Was there a flood? It did spark the imagination. Strange noises from bathroom ceiling…haunted is seeming more likely. Room 213 if interested. Black out drapes would not...

“Our family was traveling through Provo and very much enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was surprisingly excellent. The pool was a little cloudy, but otherwise the property was clean and well cared for all around. We would come back for sure!”

“Our stay was very disappointing. The room was incredibly dirty...there were dried blood stains on one of the comforters, dirty feetprint in the shower and the vanity shelves holding our towels looked like it hadn't been dusted and cleaned in months. And to top it off, it was so dirty the smell stayed in my pajamas throughout a week long camping trip. While I realize that sanitation a somewhat fluid standard in hotel room land, this was not "clean" on any level. Steer clear and book with a...

“The breakfast was good and well stocked. The staff were friendly and professional. The room was mediocre for the money spent, was unable to sleep all night on the very bad bed, I slept on the chair was much more comfortable. The tv selection was horrible for the family. Keys demagnetized immediately if set by phone or any electronics. The pool and hot tub are very small. I booked with the reviews and I was very disappointed with my stay.”
